This is an older facility with much "character." The staff were all quite good and high tea in the library was nice touch. We also ate lunch at restaurant - really good! The grounds were large, and dotted with fruit trees. The facility has nice pool, pingpong, croquet, tennis, bicycles to use and located very very close (walking distance) from Banner Medical Center (where I was speaking).

Furniture in rooms and lobby dated, but on the other hand that was part of the Arizona Inn's charm.

Tea Service was nice. It added some atmosphere to the place. Property is super quiet and very spacious for a hotel. The privacy and cleanliness was really quite nice.

Really small thing here. Loose leaf tea and teapots would have been nicer as well as a bit more seating for that service. Otherwise the hotel exceeded expectations.

The staff are all incredibly welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, and ready to help. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a very historic part of Tucson. Grab a morning coffee in the library, a swim in the pool, tennis on clay courts, and even croquet and ping pong outdoors. It's a lovely setting, wonderful staff, pleasant rooms, and great views. Our family would love to plan the next trip back to the Arizona Inn!

I was hoping it was a bit more walkable part of town, or to be able to catch transportation to other areas like downtown Tucson, the University, some dining, or things to do, but you can borrow bikes to ride around the neighborhood.

The hotel and accommodations are first rate. The location is perfect for visiting Tucson.

Food service in main dining room was sub par and not equal to the accommodations, location, and friendliness of the staff. We booked a “special” holiday dinner and both the food and service were below expectation.

Love that this charming place continues to elude the temptations of modernization. Its charm lies in maintaining a sense of tradition and tranquility. Gracious employees and welcoming, wonderful experience.

Will be nice when the main dining room opens. But that is a minor factor; the experience is stellar even without this amenity.

Locally owned by one family for generations. Classic hospitality and charm. Linda Ronstadt stays here when visiting Tucson. Food was high quality and fairly priced. No parking or resort fees. Convenient midtown location.

Beautiful relaxed ambiance.

Pretty hard to find fault with this little piece of heaven. But if I had to it would be the lack of bar or delivery service at the pool. Also the pool is not heated.

The whole inn experience was wonderful. Loved the neighborhood and the proximity to things. Cruiser bikes were a nice extra to explore with a bit more range. Staff members were consistently awesome.

Nothing.

Large room with beautiful private patio where we enjoyed happy hour every night. Beautiful manicured grounds.

The hotel is in a residential neighborhood downtown but not near any good restaurants that you can walk to. There are several good Mexican restaurants nearby, but we had to drive and there was a lot of construction going on the downtown streets of Tucson which made it a bit of a challenge to navigate.

Very charming, lots of really neat history, very friendly staff, spacious, gorgeous grounds.

The coffee. Seemed like the coffee had a lower standard than everything else.
