Room size was acceptable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast has good selection too. Overall, happy with our stay and enjoyed it. Had good view of the famed Red Rocks.

No housekeeping throughout the 4 nights of stay. Whilst I understand and appreciate the idea to go green, it would be better if there is some housekeeping once in 2-3 days. But to be fair to the hotel, we could request for housekeeping if we need it. However, we have to notify front desk by 10am each morning and for the period of time we were there, we always forget or missed the timing.

Love the view and location. Love ved the breakfast and breakfast staff. And being able to get coffee/ cappuccino.

To be honest, when we checked in on Sunday evening, the gentleman at the desk and I can't remember his name... He was not friendly at all. Kind of condescending and a bit of a smart-ass. Sorry. He showed us where the jacuzzi was and not having been there before. I forgot to take our paper. I wish he would have told us. Don't forget your pass. We got over there and we didn't have it and that lady there was rude as well. So wasn't in love with the gentleman that worked Sunday evening on the 21st

Location and unit location worked well for us. The view from the back is breathtaking. The 2 people (one man and one woman) did an excellent job with the daily breakfast. It was super clean, organized and the food was very good. The unit was cute, we had a 2 queen bed. Layout was fine. My daughter and then 2 other guests both commented that they wanted to have one of the Nescafe machines that made hot drinks and hot chocolate with milk!

What could have been better? The beds were kind of tight and the pillows were the worst. The shower/toilet room lighting and fan were poor at best. Need brighter lighting and a more powerful exhaust fan. Apps on the tv so we could log into our Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Paramount Plus, Peacock or other would have been nice. When checking in we were told we would get a call when our room was ready - we never did. The check in time is 4PM and we arrived at 1PM. We were told that we would receive a call when the room was ready and we returned at 4PM and was told that it was ready, but nobody followed up with us so we had to cart around a bunch of stuff necessarily so.

The staff and there friendliness. Especially Patty in the breakfast lounge. She went out of her way to help me take some food to my wife and son to the room.

I was parked at the bottom parking lot of the hotel. It takes several flights of stairs to get there. The bottom flight was not safe in my opinion because it was littered with rocks and sand that someone could easily slip on. We were only there for 2 nights and I did not bring it to their attention because it had snowed the final night and washed some of it away. I hope the grounds keeper pays a little more attention to the steps to prevent any mishaps.

Convenient to everything

the coffee at breakfast was awful. I had to go to the closet coffee shop each morning to get my coffee. I reported this to front desk. They have a machine that makes coffee but is terrible. Best Western needs a new one or regular way to make coffee. they also had a big aluminum coffee container. the coffee from that was gross. so thick and strong, felt like it needed cleaning out or the people having lessons how to make coffee

We were very pleased with the location and proximity to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The views were spectacular. A free buffet breakfast was available every day from 7:00-10:00. Food was very good and there was a nice variety. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. There was a safe, iron, ironing board, refrigerator and microwave in the room. Each room had a private balcony. The sink/vanity was outside the bathroom door.

The property (specifically the rooms) could use an updating inside. The floors and carpeting in the room could use a deep cleaning. No maid service provided. Clean towels available on request for a stay of more than 2 nights.

View and location were both exceptional. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. Access to the pool and jacuzzi was also a nice extra that we enjoyed. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and recommendations to attractions.

The breakfast was a very nice touch which we appreciated, but the quality of the eggs could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was good to be able to grab a quick bite to eat before sightseeing.

It was a beautiful hotel right on the main road. Breakfast was included and was very good. Our room had a balcony and a couch, which was nice.

This hotel is very pricey but pretty much chose this place because of walking distance and it was a best Western plus However, there are many nice places right around this hotel that are nice places and less expensive.

So romantic. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The red rocks with a rising full moon, stunning. The room was basic, but clean and the comfort of the bed, sheets and pillows were excellent. Walked to dinner for an afternoon burger and glass of wine.

Lodging in Sedona is a bit pricy no matter where you stay. The drive up 17 from Phoenix was slow. Everybody else had the same idea on a Saturday morning. Although the pace was slow sometimes a crawl, there were no accidents. 🙏🏽

Perfect location and very close walking distance to the Main Street for shopping, restaurants and bars. the breakfast was superb! Great selection of food to start your day off right! the staff were also amazing and very friendly. I loved the clubhouse with access to the steam room, pool and jacuzzi. it made our stay extra special! And lastly the view from our private balcony was to die for!!! best view I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Nothing, it was better than I expected!
