The location was so perfect! It was central, easy to get around the town. The view was exceptional!!!!! Waking up every morning to the mountains was to die for! The room was just the right size for two. The balcony was great to sit outside and watch the world go by. The jacuzzi and pool were so romantic and clean. Towels were there and we managed several times to have it all to ourselves. The use of Beekman products was a pleasant suprise. We will definitely stay at the Matterhorn again...

This may sound petty, but the only complaint I have is that the tissue paper was a cheap brand. If you could step that up to the real Kleenex brand--

Room was large and clean. Loved the balcony with an amazing view. Layout of room was great with mirror and sink separate from shower. Modern updates with easy bedside phone charging. Handy to have a small refrigerator in the room and the Keurig coffee maker was nice. Location was amazing making it easy to walk to dinner and shopping. Pool and hot tub. Convenient parking.

A/C unit confusing to operate. Patio door was extremely heavy and difficult to open and close. Pool was a little bit too cold.

Everything! It was so clean, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated that it had curtains that kept the light out (many hotels don’t have that feature). The staff was very kind. I used the barbecue and ate at their little outdoor patio area near the pool. It was fantastic. The location can’t be beat!

It would be useful to have a little more parking, but that wasn’t a huge problem. The one time that I didn’t get a parking space, I parked across the street with no problem.

Centrally located with free parking, we enjoyed our stay! The room was big and the bed was comfortable. We made use of the hot tub each evening after hiking. The microwave is a nice touch, to allow us to warm up leftovers for an easy meal. Make sure to get a room on the second floor with the view! It's a no frills kind of accommodation (no business centre or big foyer area or additional amenities beyond the pool/hot tub), but it had everything we needed and at a good price.

You can hear the other guests through the thin walls, so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. But overall a great stay.

LOCATION is ideal! Right in town so you can walk anywhere for lunch and dinner. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Beautiful views from the second floor balcony. Rooms have all been recently remodeled. Great shower!

The motel is older so the wall are a little thinner. Try to get a room on the second floor. My neighbor must have sleep apnea since I could hear the snoring thru the walls. As soon as I turned on my white noise app, we could sleep easily.

The bed was the most comfortable! We wanted to take the bed home. The view was very beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, looking at the mountains and people in town. We enjoyed being very close to the pool and hot tub. It was great being close to many shops and restaurants. We rented an ATV and saw the most beautiful site, Chicken Point. Even more beautiful than the Grand Canyon, if that's possible. We would definitely stay at the Matterhorn Inn again.

Breakfast could be better.

The views were so beautiful from our room, overlooking the red rocks and shops. The location of the property was great too, within easy drives to practically all hikes around Sedona Staff were great and the items laid out for breakfast were more than suffice to get you going for the day. The pool is as a good size and very welcoming after a hard morning hike.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this lovely place

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view is incredible. The bed was too soft for my taste but they provided me some extra blankets to put on it that did the trick. The walls are thin, but with earplugs it's all fine. The location is perfect and there was no street noise when I went. Parking was ok. The bathroom vent was mega noisy, yet when I asked about it at reception they were kind and switched it off. Overall it was a really nice stay.

Great location at the end of uptown with convenient walking access to shops and restaurants as well as a great coffee shop right behind the property. Nice, recently updated rooms make it a comfortable stay.

Only thing I’d change is the thermostat. Very difficult to get the thermostat to actually respond when you set the desired temperature. There is a sign that says to “wait 10 seconds and then try again” but that did not yield the desired result. When the room is hot/cold, you should be able to adjust the thermostat and have the unit kick in.

We Came here for our 43rd anniversary. Our wedding party stayed here in 1980. It was lovely to see the renovations. We had a end room on the bottom floor. It was perfect for our two little older pups. I love the balcony and looking out on the city, as well as the mountains.

Trying To regulate the air conditioning, it would go freezing, and then the room would get hot and then it would kick back on.
