Cabin designed and equiped with many details. Really nice space with the books and the pictures about Canyon. Parking close to the cabin. Good hotel to visit Canyon.

The pressure of water was so low that using shower was not possible during our stay. The sofa inside should be cleaned also, few hairs and mamy stains. OMG what should we do with all these pillows in the cabin.

The house was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place near the GC, but do not want to be in a hotel or around a lot of hustle and bustle of tourists. It is located about an 8 minute drive from Williams, which has plenty of restaurants and a grocery store.

Not a negative, and also stated in the posting, but more to be aware, the Grand Canyon is still an hour drive. So if you are looking for something right next to the GC, this probably isn't the place. But it was perfect for what we wanted.

We were very impressed with the incorporation of the historical aspects of the area with the QR codes. We scanned and read every one of them and actually saw for ourselves, while rafting on the Colorado River, the pictographs of the Mountain Goats painted on the ceiling of the bedroom. The keycode was a plus making our late arrival easy! The cabin had all the necessary accommodations. The access was good, the cabin was neat and clean, the overall resort area was quiet, well-kept and a plus to the area. Very unique place to stay on the way to the Grand Canyon!

More cushions are needed on the bed & couch. Even my wife thought there were too many pillows :) There are not many eating choices in the area.

The Managers Mary and Gary were incredible. They let us check in an hour early . The cabins were clean and nice, and fairly new. After checking in, later around 4 p.m. we drove to the town next to the Grand Canyon and have dinner and see the IMAX theatre movie. Three miles after leaving the cabins, I had a flat tire. Besides me, I had my Son and his wife, and two Grandkids. After my Daughter-in-law called the managers they came shortly to help us. They took her and the two kids to get something to eat and then back to the cabins. A tow truck driver could not put the spare on. He said he needed to get the tow truck and tow it 40 miles in the opposite direction and have someone take the lug nut off (rip off). Gary said just have it towed near the cabins to a tire shop and they can remove the lug nut and put a new tire on. Another tow truck driver came 2 plus hours later and we left our car at the tire repair shop. The next morning Ann took me to the tire repair shop and I was able to get car with the new tire. I barely made it to meet my family at our hummer tour of the Grand Canyon. Ann and Gary were nothing but Angels’ when I need help the most.

My wife and I were constantly amazed and impressed by the accommodations and attention to detail throughout our stay. The tiny homes were perfect and a great alternative to the typical motels in town. 10/10

I wouldn’t change a thing!

The room was expansive and beautifully decorated. Both the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged. Despite its proximity to the main road, the room was remarkably quiet with no traffic noise. Conveniently, we were able to charge our car at the hotel, which was a great perk, especially since there were no operational superchargers nearby. Additionally, it's just a 45-minute drive to the South Entrance of the Grand Canyon.

The road to the hotel can be quite dark at night, which is not a fault of the property. Please drive with caution as wildlife, such as deer or elk, may unexpectedly appear. The room was generally very clean, but there were small amounts of dust on the nightstands and in less accessible spots. The bed featured an array of decorative pillows that added a touch of elegance, though they seemed not to be laundered as frequently as the bedding, which occasionally left some hairs visible on the bed.

Location was convenient to the Grand Canyon, the decorations in the room with the QR code for information on each piece was a nice touch, board games was a nice touch and kitchenette came in handy. Parking was close to cabin and the laundry facilities were a nice touch, particularly the complementary laundry detergent.

We found that the shower itself and the shower pressure was poor, it was almost like having a shower under a tap. The hot water also didn’t get very hot. The bed was very squeaky, it would make noises even with the slightest of movement (eg turning over in bed). It was very loud and would wake us up.

A lovely cabin in a calm, remote and beautiful location, close to (40 min car drive) Grand Canyon. 5 min walk away from a petrol station with a little shop, take away cafe and Native Americans artisan stalls. The cabin is tastfully decorated. The kitchen/ living room area has a coffee machine, fridge, toaster and an electric pan that we used to make eggs in the morning and to fry up some meat for diner. There is also air conditioning unit in that room. We loved having so many widnows to let the light come in. The little sofa in the living room was comfortable enough for 2 people to sleep for 2 nights (there were 4 of us altogether). We watched stars at night and enjoyed the silence. In the common building we could get ice cubes and there was a possibilty to do the laundry as well. It was easy to contact the owner and they left very clear check in and out instructions. If we are ever in the area again we will surely book this place again!

It was ok for 4 people to stay for 2 nights. The living space is quite cosy and could be a bit problematic for longer stays - unless 2 adults with 2 kids maybe! Or if you travel with great friends, like ours! :-) Definitely big enough for a couple, and romantic enough too!!!

We enjoyed everything! The property is very serene and quiet. There was no detail missed in the design and decor. The decor is awesome! Everything was comfortable and clean. There are blackout curtains throughout the cabin, which were very much needed with the bright Sun of a morning. The kitchenette had everything needed to make small meals (toaster, electric skillet, dishes, etc). The ice machine and washer and dryers at the office building were great also. The property is about an hour to the Grand Canyon and less than 10 minutes to Williams. The town of Williams was great itself. We would stay here again and also suggest it to others!

There could have been more towels provided but that’s literally our only complaint.
