I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is VERY CLEAN AND WELL MANITAINED. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options and continually replenished. The beds are very comfortable. I loved the salt water pool. There is also a hot tub. The hotel is close to amazing restaurants (walkable) and incredible beaches. I had two dogs with me and the garden and grass areas were perfect. There is plenty of room in the room for them.

Great breakfast, helpful staff, ample parking, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean

The hotel is located very close to the 101 freeway and the room assigned had moderate freeway noise with windows closed. We then were assigned another room which was better but still had some freeway noise. Rooms across the hallway not facing the freeway which would have been quieter were unavailable due to high occupancy.

Our room was quiet and peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable, with the exception of the sofa bed (but sofa beds are notoriously uncomfortable). The pool was fabulous and the hot tub was clean. It was obvious that they were very understaffed, but the staff who were present were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. So many options! We especially appreciated the fresh oranges.

Hot tub jets weren’t working. Bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Everything that I saw or experienced. Great location on US highway 101 in the city, modern facility with free private parking, luggage carts, free wi-fi, a room telephone, a well-designed room bathroom, a clean and well-maintained room and other areas I encountered, comfortable beds, a quiet room, good breakfast, hospitable staff. I didn't need or want anything more for a one night stay.

Excellent location, close to Santa Barbara. We visited the local beach hich was a 10 minute walk away and were able to see the seals. We loved this hotel , it was family friendly, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Great breakfast which was included in the price.

The facility and amenities were good.

I made the reservation via booking.com and then phoned the hotel directly to say we would have our dog with us. The women I spoke with thanked me for letting them know as all guests with pets are placed on the first floor. In one particular area. And, I asked the fee for a pet, was advised there was no additional fee for pets. On arrival was given a room on second floor. On checking out was advised we would be charged a daily "pet" fee. The hotel person insisted there is a charge..wanted to know who it was that told me the information. Pulled a copy sheet with "the policy". And held up the piece of paper...finally said he would not charge the fee "because apparently the manager said it was ok."

Room was comfortable. Beach was best accessible by car, not walking distance unless you had a backpack chair. Beach was very nice and good for kids. Staff was nice and able to answer our questions.

The breakfast was adequate, nothing special noted. Sad that there was not wheat, raisin, nor sourdough bread, only White and only two bagel selections. The photos and descriptions led us to believe that the beach was closer and that the pool was larger then it really was, but it was nicely heated.

The room was very large and very comfortable. Ample parking and the location is very good.

Single use plastic cutlery all individually wrapped in yet more plastic. It also made eating the crispy bacon at breakfast quite challenging as it wasn't strong enough to cut it and too flimsy to fork it. Staff at checkout were totally disinterested, didn't ask about the stay, just please put the keys in the box.

I enjoyed the family friendly environment, how clean and organized it was. Location is everything, it was walking distance to shopping center and restaurants, maybe a 10-15min ride to Santa Barbara pier. Staff was also great and very friendly I don’t have any complaints. Will definitely be visiting again.

The staff were the best part of our stay; they were a model of kindness, friendliness, and where especially caring for any of our needs! I am so impressed with them and I am writing their manager on how well they fulfilled their duties at the hotel.

There is only one thing that bothered me and that is due the water drought. There was a water leak in the shower that the maintenance man was not able to fix because of the shortage in the supply chain. He was excellent in Carrying out his duties. and for that I am very grateful for him
