THE STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. EAGER TO HELP IF YOU NEEDED SOMETHING. THE DOG FACILITY WAS GREAT! HAVING A PLACE FOR DOGS IS RARE. GREAT TOUCH HAVING THE POO BAGS AVAILABLE NEXT TO THE GARBAGE CAN FOR DISPOSAL WAS PERFECT. THE GROUNDS WERE WELL MANICURED AND THE FISH CLEANING FACILITY WAS A NICE TOUCH. NICE TO SEE HOSES AVAILABLE TO WASH DOWN CARS, BOAT MOTORS OR WHATEVER. OVERALL THE GROUNDS WERE EXCEPTIONAL.

WE STAYED IN A PET FRIENDLY ROOM. ALL THE BASEBOARDS WERE CHIPPED AND BEAT UP PRETTY BAD. THE DOOR JAMB WAS SCRATCHED VERY BADLY AS WELL. THE RUG HAD SEVERAL LARGE STAINS AND THE CHAIR ALSO HAD SEVERAL STAINS AND A BURN MARK ON THE SEAT. THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS DAMAGED ON THE BOTTOM AND THERE WERE STAINS ON THE TILE, AND A HOLE ON THE BATH TUB. WE FELT UNEASY WALKING ON THE RUG WITH BARE FEET DUE TO IT DIDN'T FEEL CLEAN. THE SCREENS ON THE WINDOW WERE BENT AS IF SOMEONE TRIED TO BREAK INTO THE ROOM. THE OUTSIDE DOOR WAS DIRTY AND MARKED UP. NEEDED MORE HANGARS.

The room was well set up and had a pleasant design. When I stayed over the weekend the place was full, but even so it was quiet. I did not hear my neighbors or their children.

The place was really set up nicely. Except the line about your own patio. That's not really true. There is a common garden area where you can eat, but no individual patio. The staff was nice and helpful except the day guy at reception. He didn't say one word beyond the absolutely necessary.

Pleasant staff, spacious, updated tile shower. Very quiet, even though it was fully booked. All one level, so no upstairs neighbors or wooden walkways outside your window. Location was great, close to beach, downtown shops, Safeway, Starbucks, bars & restaurants. Everything in the room worked. Instant, very hot water. We felt it was excellent value for price and felt lucky we picked this little gem.

Carpet is in really poor condition, needs replacing. No problem - brought slippers! Bed very hard. Needs a bath mat towel. Two queen bed room stocked with only 2 bath towels and needed one for the floor, so ask for more when you get there.

Basic straightforward breakfast: 2 choicez of cold cereal, an adsortment of oatmeal packets, svenhards individually wrapped danishes, a couple of fruit choices. Milk, coffee, tea and two fruit juice choices. Just what you'd need to "grab and go" on your way to your next destination.

Although I understand the serious need to conserve water, and therefore to reuse towels, I did get questioned by the housekeeper as the "exactly WHY did I need two clean towels in exchange for used ones? Were they stained or what?" Knowing that good help is extremely hard to find nowdays (and in fact the hotel had a help wanted sign up) I went to the front desk later to ask for fresh washcloths, which were cheerfully provided, so I gave a mental shrug to the possessive, rude housekeeper who is probably doing double work because they cant find enough help. Alas, this is life in the after-times, its better to be understanding..

Breakfast and location were good. Convenient that it was near many attractions in Fort Bragg. Nice garden.

I do not know if it is the policy. No one came to the room to clean nor replace new towels, pillow, blankets, nor bed sheets. I do not know if we were supposed to request for them. I do not know if someone cleans the room only after check out.

Hi, Wifi is free. Had a Microwave , Fridge and Coffee pot in room. I liked they are pet friendly. I am very happy with the services and I love the fact that the Contenital breakfast is served till 10.00 I love that cause I like to sleep in.

That they charge a 20.00 fee per dog per night. I feel that is a bit much. I feel it should be just a flat 20 dollars unless you have more then 2 dogs.

The price, location and staff.

There were no towels in our room, not even a hand towel to dry our hands. My partner was planning on taking a shower, since he had just gotten off work, but wasn't able to do so. The office was closed when we arrived, so we had to wait until the morning to ask for towels. The person in the office was on the phone, so we weren't able to ask why there were no towels, but luckily, he was still able to give us some.

Newly upgraded room. Very large TV and compatible with a fire stick. Ground level, nice gazebo smoking area, beautiful flower garden friendly staff, and breakfast served daily 7am- 10am and good sized and quality towels.

My biggest complaint was how uncomfortable our beds were, waken with body pain and stiffness. Also the room was a little dirty, not bad but a few things were missed. The room nextdoor had loud younger people slamming doors, drinking, music, loud talking, constant turning on and off the bathroom fan which is heard clearly through the walls. Didn't get much sleep during our 2 night stay.

The location was great not too far from Mendocino and close old town Fort Brag. The dog park was a plus but there was a lot of dog poo throughout the enclosure.

The walls are fairly thin, our room had blackout curtains but no sheer one to let light it so if we wanted some natural light we had to let everyone in the parking lot see us.

good price, excellent location. Friendly staff. Especially a housekeeper, very sweet, who was trying to help a guest get his flat fixed. wonderful small central parking lot island of plants. About a very short drive north (10 minutes,max) to Glass Beach…. it’s pretty picked over even tho you aren’t supposed to take them out. My shower water didn’t get warm. I didn’t report cuz left early in am. …. and forgot to. 80 % occupancy appeared to be retired, travelers, foreign guests. a couple of skechy individuals. No problems.
