Certain staff were extremely friendly, especially the concierge - provided us very clear and precise directions and suggestions. The amenities provided are fantastic- we do not need to bring a lot of amenities! ‘Mandy’ helped my friend with internet assess.

While many are helpful we came across one that is extremely annoying. Coming from a receptionist - it is really not acceptable. It makes great customer delight contradictory to the earlier experience. It just takes one to turn good experience bad.

Great location, hotel is quite modern, beds were very comfortable, staff were accommodating.

The location's very good. The bedrooms are comfortable and there's very little noise from the outside. The food in the restaurant is good but the one from the breakfast is not that good.

The restaurant only serves breakfast and dinner. So if you have your 20 USD credits coupons use them wisely, as we lost 40 USD as we save it for the last day meal but they close at 11 and re-open at 6 pm or something like that and we were leaving at 2 pm. The other really bad thing that happened during our stay is that the hotel had an unannounced evacuation drill and alarms went off very loud in the morning, most of the guests came out very scared as they had no idea what was happening. In our case we were still sleeping so it was a very bad way to wake up during our holidays. I believe that the hotel should notify its guests in advance.

Didn’t appear to be that many facilities at the hotel. However, we didn’t actually look that hard!!

It was fast to make a not expensive reservation and really loved the stylish hotel. Loved the cleanness, it was quiet even around 11 pm I got to enjoy the pool which was amazing and fun for my child. Amenities were fantastic and breakfast delicious!!!! Best stay in a while will defiantly be staying there again loved all the plants and koi fish my favorite!!! Anyone who needs a place in SF needs to stay here and parking was safe and secure so that is literally a lifesaver when you have a rental or your own vehicle!!!! Truly will be coming back

Hmmm I don’t think they’re was anything that I didn’t like

Every thing was as expected. The only glitch, that was thankfully fixed by a manager was the resort fee credit. Since we were two couples, with two rooms we ate together and noted both room numbers on the room charge. Despite informing the staff at the restaurant and being told not to worry that it would be credited it was not done. The front desk at first said we would not get the $60 total credit for room two since we had one check. The policy needs to be clarified between restaurant and front desk staff. We got our credits, but had to take extra time at check out delaying our timed entry at a museum.

All was beautiful

Location was perfect for our needs. Very safe and close to the Wharf, Pier 39, and Ghirardelli. The bed was very comfortable and got very good sleep and rest after having travelled for so many hours. The size of the room was just right. Housekeeping was excellent, and very courteous. I inadvertently left my gold necklace in the nightstand drawer and they found it and kept it safe until my niece came to pick it up. Breakfast was sufficient and all the employees very friendly and attentive to your needs. I would certainly stay here again.

I found the amenities were spartan and wasn't sure if you had to ask for it or not.

Great location, Great Staff, Nice relaxed vibe and all the reviews that mentioned to book a courtyard for quietness proved to be good advice, as no street noise. Were given breakfast discount vouchers on check in and when we used these for our two children to have breakfast, their excellent breakfast came to less than $5.

There was an incredible amount of noise from the adjoining room through the walls. Taps, flushing and other bathroom noises throught the night. Exactly what we ddidn't want, and we mentioned it to the staff at reception. The noise came through the walls, at the exact place our heads were positioned to sleep in the double beds, and even ear plugs did not help. So no street noise, but terrible noise insulation between rooms. We found the valet parking to be by far the most expensive of our stays in similar hotels in San Francisco, Santa Monica and est Hollywood. Good service again though from them.

Location was wonderful with easy access to everything I wanted to do. Convenient to public bus system and trolley. Room was spacious and very clean. Felt safe and comfortable in the hotel and surrounding streets.

Maid service left dirty glasses on counters every day yet threw away unopened bottles of water we had purchased. Twice dirty towels were left on the bathroom floor.

The location was perfect & suited our needs. The staff in the hotel and at the valet service were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and neat and the beds comfortable. It was stated that there was a microwave in the room, but upon enquiry, that was incorrect information.

There was a very noisy generator that ran 24 hours in the street outside our bedroom.
