the location and the valet parking was great even though the valet parking is really expensive. the rooms were exceptionally clean and big enough for us. the complimentary coffee in the rooms was great, the one in the lobby definitely not.

our room was on the first floor and on the same level as the courtyard. to have some privacy we had to keep closed the window sheets all day and therefore the room was very dark the whole day without daylight. at the lobby it was not possible that somebody refilled the hot water for tea even though we asked the employees around.

I stayed for two nights. The room was great and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good quality toiletries. My room was across the elevator on the 2nd floor. Surprisingly, I did not hear much noise. I had a good night sleep. The hotel staff were very nice and professional. Hotel is in a great location. It is walking distance to the Fishermans Wharf, Ghirardelli Chocolate company and the San Francisco Brewery. Lots of restaurants and bars a few blocks away on Columbus Avenue. I was traveling solo and felt safe walking around the area in the evening.

Fairly new hotel - it felt clean and comfortable. Liked the inner courtyard, with table tennis and other games available for our kids. Free guest laundry facilities proved to be an added bonus on our roadtrip.

Lack of breakfast’s at the hotel (I recommend trying Pat’s Cafe). Price of parking: although in par with what is usually charged in San Francisco, I think that USD 220 (incl. taxes) for 3 nights is simply outrageous.

Ths staffs were very nice and kind. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable to stay. They offer complimentary coffee/tea and biscotti every morning and also complimentary laundry room with free detergent and dry sheets. Also they gave us some restaurants’ discount coupons near the hotel, which were excellent. It locates in very good place for tour. My family loved to stay at this hotel and hope to visit there again.

I’ll be honest. My wife and I are “hotel snobs.” I saw some recent reviews with some people complaining about some things, after we had already booked, so I started getting a little concerned. From the moment we stepped in the lobby, the staff was EXTREMELY accommodating. The room was VERY clean And again, we are VERY picky people. Anytime I needed anything, the staff jumped to help us. The room had a fridge, access to HDMI and storage space. We also were very impressed with the safety techniques installed there from locking the lobby door at night (we loved), to having to use your room key card to use the elevator and lobby bathroom (we really loved this also!). Plus it was close to Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square (2/10 of a mile maybe?!?). Also we loved the Walgreens RIGHT across the street (convenient if traveling and you forget something!). Traveling back to SF we won’t even look anywhere else, we know where we are staying!

The rooms were a “little” small but at the same time, we had a family with large suitcases so we really need more of a suite style room when traveling, but this didn’t bother us by ANY means.

I have been all over the world and I must say this hotel was excellent - from the ambience on entry, the staff were all so friendly and professional- Pricilla esp was so vibrant and so welcoming. The hotel is very clean & comfortable rooms too. No restaurant but who wants to stay in when the location is by the Fisherman's wharf with lots of choices of restaurants and good vibes. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Everything the hotel's location was perfect. We were walking distance from fisherman's warf, Ghirardelli Square, pier 39 ,shops, sight seeing boat rides and plenty of shops.

The thing we didn't like , was our room was over the trash area a bit noisy , but still acceptable.

Great location. Within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, China Town, Italian part of town, Lombard Street, and a variety of restaurants. Easy, convenient, and close access to public transportation and ferry stations.

Would have liked a street map (like hotels used to have, that were about the size of a place mat and showed places of interest.) I like having something in-hand.

We absolutely loved this hotel! 2 nights in San Francisco and it was great to stay so close to Fisherman’s Wharf. The room was spacious and well designed, the interiors were lovely and the king bed was so comfortable! The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the gentleman that checked us in even remembered our name when we saw him the next day. There was a candy bar in the lobby, as well as some cucumber and lemon water. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The location was great. Near the Fisherman's Warf CVS supermarket and pharmacy just across the street. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Great housekeeping service. Rooms were very clean , big enough to accommodate 4 people , with nice modern decor. Small, but very nice complementary touches - free water refill machine in the lobby, coffee in the room and in the lobby, small snacks in the morning , even jelly belly beans. All these made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

The cost of valet parking is too high, could be more reasonable. The air-conditioning worked strange.
