only a few elevators worked and the rooms are super small. They wouldn’t be so small if set up differently, couldn’t take anything out of our bags because lack of hanging space.

clean, modern room. Excellent location for visiting SF, moving comfortably on foot. The hotel offers an excellent bike service (free) with which you can reach the Golden Gate Bridge and go around the city (be careful of the hills hahaha)

Breakfast a little messed up and of little value compared to the price. If it wasn't included with the room I would have changed hotel. The third floor (for Europeans it is the 2nd) has pool view rooms, I mean with windows at the pool level (basically the people at the pool look into the room). The other rooms are ok.

Great location for the Bay very close to lots of bars and restaurants along the front and a 15 minutes walk for the Alcatraz ferry. Also 5 mins from the start of the tram, and for buses. Photos of rooms on Booking.com a bit flattering, but a good size, well appointed and clean and quiet. Breakfast was in the adjoining bar/cafe and limited to one drink and one meal off the menu rather than a buffet, but plenty of choice and the food was good and service efficient.

Nothing really. Gym had no weight machines, just some free weights and low ceiling!

Location and staff were great. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff was helpful and kind. Free bikes to cruise around on was a nice bonus, even though the bikes are single gear and not able to climb hills easily. Free morning breakfast was a nice bonus as well. TV streaming options were a nice touch, allowing us the stream content from our iPad/phone.

On site restaurant was descent, but not amazing for the price. Elevators were noise. Our room had a bit of a funky smell, and windows wouldn’t open.

Great location. Easy to walk to everywhere you'd want to go. Hollywood cafe opposite was great for breakfast. We rented E-bikes from Bay City bikes, which were fab, and went over the Golden Gate Bridge. Fisherman's wharf is crazy touristy, but a must see! We parked in the nearby multi-storey, but probably wouldn't have been much different from hotel garage parking.

Pool was a nice quiet area to chill at. Not a lot of atmosphere, and surrounded by hotel windows.

Excellent room facilities and housekeeping service - room was spotless and cleaned daily with towels, coffee and toiletries replaced. Nice to have a fridge, iron and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent location on Fisherman’s Wharf and lots of restaurants within a 10 min walk. Room was nice and quiet.

My only criticism would be that the bed and pillows were too soft and my back was stiff when I first got up

although just a short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, I didn’t feel comfortable walking at night. many homeless people in vicinity.

Warm welcome by reception, really happy with my room's location, size and view, plus alone in the pool during a week of storms. Everything worked, everything clean, and pretty much flawless stay. This inspired me to book a second stay, which unfortunately was less so - pool opened late only after I visited reception in person because the floor phone was broken and staff calls went unanswered, got a room with a connector door occupied by a noisy family, market sold out of many items.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

We enjoyed the fact it was so clean and that there was a restaurant connected to the hotel. Staff was friendly including housekeeping. Our room was very private and very quiet the beds were so comfortable.

Don't really have any complaints just concerns. When you book a room and it says meal included they don't inform you that they only allow you $50 for the meal and then you pay the remainder of yourself. And the bathroom floor was a little slippery with socks or barefoot. Other than that it was a great stay everyone was respectful.
