Convenient, clean and comfortable - close to everything.

Front desk staff was difficult at check in - tried to tell me my name on reservation and my license didn’t match and almost didn’t let me check in. I’ll spare you the details but after an 11 hour drive that was not what I needed. First time this has ever happened to me in 52 years of using my nickname. Anyway, they finally made it right and got us into our rooms. Just beware for anyone else who might have a similar situation. Also, the mini snack store was poorly stocked.

Location was fantastic! One mile from conference at Charis, and first right turn after leaving conference each day. Also, I offered the other bed in my room to another conference goer whose original accommodations didn't work out, and Microtel didn't charge me extra. They were booked solid. We met as strangers, and left as friends.

Brealfast was a little limited. I like grapes, melon, etc fruit bowls. I should have put my ice chest ice packs into the freezer as soon as I transferred the food to the in-room refrigerator to give them more time to freeze. They didn't freeze overnight. However, the refrigerator froze my chicken salad which kept everything cold enough as it thawed on the drive home.

The continental breakfast was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. They make effective use of the limited square footage. The staff was friendly.

Wifi was spotty. Television did not work. I did not realize how small the room would be when I booked. It would be more comfortable for one person. Because of the nature of our travel we had several bags and it was tight.

Such a clean hotel! We appreciated how friendly the staff were and how evident their commitment to providing a clean, pleasant stay. It was refreshing. Also loved the water bottle filler in the lobby area.

Their breakfast could have been better, but was sufficient.

The motel was centrally located so that we were able to walk to restaurants and activities. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and professional. I would recommend the Microtel in Woodland Park.

I would have preferred more variety in the breakfast but what was there was fine.

It was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

Very clean and cute! lots of parking. Rooms were spacious and had all the amenities.

Beds were a little firm, toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, and the vending machine didn’t work

Honestly, the property exceeded my expectation. It was clean, upgraded and really nice.

The view was nice.Room was clean as was the entire hotel.Staff nice and check in was seemless.Good parking for cars and suvs,a trailer and you may have to park a ways away.The location is right in town.Makes for easy access to most everything you may want in town.

We had a little too much traffic noise in our room.Our friends had a room and heard no traffic. Still I got a good night's rest.We were in town for a funeral,so not the best of times.

It was super efficient check in and friendly staff. The beds were amazing.

Doors had gaps in them that sends a lot of light through it. Thinner walls it seemed like.
