Location was good, felt safe. Breakfast was very good, lots of options, staff was great. Bed was awesome! Pillows too! Plenty of towels, toilet was not too low, fridge and microwave.

Didn’t like that I got an older room. My kids got an updated room. They were updating all the rooms around us. So staying there during the day was really loud with everyone working, pounding, drilling, listing to their music. Didn’t like all the ants with wings in the pool.

We have stayed in this hotel 6-7 times and every time is great. We visit family in Brooksville and staying there is convenient when we fly from Tampa or Orlando. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. The revamp of the flooring system is great.

Only minus was that I tried to check in 3 hours before just to leave some belongings in the room and I was told there will be a extra charge for those 3 hours.

Bed mattress + duvet/sheets very comfy. Room apparently recently refurbished... all seemed new. Room temperature perfect. Breakfast good. Coffee good. TV was not on FOX. Very clean, inside and out. Quiet. (Actually, were very few fellow guests that Thursday night.)

Difficult finding signage for entrance road(s) to the hotel. Signs too small. No one at desk at 3 pm for check in. No one noticed me as I wandered around, until I called to a (housekeeping?) staff member and she came and checked me in. Swimming pool gate locked... had to get staff to open (4pm). Vehicle parked under porte-cochère across from entrance doors 3pm - past 8pm... If staff's, just seemed tacky. Should be open for guest driving up to feel comfortable (and important).

The whole staff was very efficient and kind. The facilities were clean. The room was well supplied and very comfortable. It was fairly quiet. The breakfast was really good with sausage, eggs, pancakes, cereal, bananas, apples, juice, coffee, muffins and fresh oatmeal.

Of the two mornings we were there, breakfast was 5 or 10 minutes late one day.

Very spacious room for the whole family! Bathrooms were immaculate and had a bathtub and a separate shower. Very comfortable and clean.

Kitchen sink didn't drain and water took a little time to warm up.

Breakfast was great, pancakes not waffles!! :) Cheese Omelette, Biscuits and Gravy and then the other usuals. The staff were all friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Fridge Microwave. It was better than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised.

Location. Very close to large parking lot of the Withlacoochee trail. Reception very nice; fast and friendly

Price a bit high a little bit nicer than the Microtel down the road about half a mile. But almost twice as much!

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean.

Although the breakfast was hot, it did have a very limited collection. Remodeling was going on.

the property in general was nice was the little things a broken table outside pool area and the curtains in room were really really hard to move I want to say bent / broken little things I maybe to picky 🤷‍♂️😵‍💫

Staff is very friendly and always helpful. The lady Martha that takes care of Breakfast is very attentive and helps all customers.

All was good.
