Best Western Inn Of Palatka

The room was extremely nice for the price. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was above expectations for a continental.

I wasn't able to park near my room both nights. I felt a little weird leaving my car teo parking lots away. The breakfast is served until 9:00, which was a little tough since we got in late from tornament. The air conditioner was a little weird and the room would go hot and cold. To be fair, we were out both nights until very late so we did not realize until the second night that the AC wasn't working properly and did not want to call the front desk at midnight. We did let them know upon check out.

The breakfast was alright. I personally prefer to go out to local 'joints' for breakfast, but to save money usually eat at the hotel, unless I get tired of it. There was a lot of traffic on the street all night, but it didn't really bother me. ......sort of lulled me to sleep. Like that they have a small fitness center with working eqLocation: easy to find

Water dispenser in Fitness Center was broken.

It was a great location for where I needed to be. the beds were comfortable the room was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind it was an adequate breakfast. we would definitely stay here again.

The room had a bit of a moldy Oder and the fan in the air conditioner was very loud but it did lull us to sleep after awhile. the carpet was kind of damp but that's why I bring slippers. but all in all it was a great room for the price.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice.

There was a semi truck parked next to the pool area that was running for more than an hour which ran all the guests from the pool area. The beds were uncomfortable but overall we enjoyed our stay

I wish I could list it all. shower quality, the convenience of adjoining rooms, the cleanliness of the rooms, professionalism of the staff. you name it, they exceeded our expectations. definitely sty again.

very comfortable beds and spacious room. staff seems to be kind and considerate, and the price is not the worst in the world for the comfort. seems to be in a decent part of town also.

The room was very clean, quiet(without the a/c)

I didn't like the staff, they were a little rude with us. They were kind of cold, not friendly, specifically, the guy working the desk in the morning. The A/C was too loud.

Rose and her sister were awesome. They kept the breakfast area clean and full of food and drink.

The carpet could be updated

The shower curtain wouldn't stay still. It allowed the floor to get wet. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

Clean, safe, nicely decorated room with a very comfortable King Size bed ... Also very quiet👍🏻 The night manager that checked me in (approx 12-1230am) was very courteous and prompt... she was Caucasian with blondish, shoulder length hair and not very tall (I joked with her as I am only 5’0). She was very pleasant!

No complaints except our coffee pot was missing parts but it was late and I didn’t make Anna issue of it .... I am positive she would’ve corrected it👍🏻
