The room was clean, well-appointed, and there was daily towel service and someone came and made the bed. Laundry was only $2 to wash a load and $2 to dry. That was a nice, u expected perk. Went home with a luggage full of clean clothes. The unit I stayed in must have been recently remodeled. The bathroom was very nice, the kitchenette was simple and functional and the beds were comfortable. The A/C was so powerful that I moved it up to 76 and was still a bit chilly. If I were to rate the feel of the room on a scale of one to ten (one being a Sleep Inn or a Red Roof Inn and 10 being an upscale Hyatt or a boutique hotel) I would give it a 6. Budget, yet definitely better than average. I would totally stay there again. Did i mention that the room was clean? That was the biggest positive for me. The owners get a "10" for the cleanliness of the room. (and contrary to what other reviewers said... not a bug in sight).

There want much not to like. I guess the only thing I could say is that, it is an RV park, so don't expect it to feel like a resort. But all I was doing was sleeping there. I spent my days out and about, so spending a lot of money to stay at an upscale hotel didn't make sense to me. Accommodations are expensive in the Keys, and this helped me stretch my budget so that I could do all the things I wanted to do like go on tours and enjoy a lobster roll on Key West. Marathon is the perfect location if you are looking to really experience a lot of the Keys because it's halfway between key Largo and Key West.

Originally were going to stick me next to the laundry room and bathroom. Wifi connected but then didn't really work.

I love the layout of the property and all of the things that guests can do. It is not just a motel but also an RV park, small marina with fish cleaning station, kayak rental, and pool. I love this place even though we were limited on time due to a vehicle emergency. Because people do live in the RV park during certain times of year (summer vacation/winter home), it has a tight-knit feel and everyone is friendly.

The office closes at 5pm, Booking.com does not take this into consideration and we almost didn't get a room. The property manager was amazing and so was the maintenance man for giving us a room after hours.

We traveled into town 1 day before our VRBO checkin for the week. We were very happy with this motel. It was very clean, the beds we’re comfortable, nice kitchenette with a table for 2. Their was hot water, but the water pressure was to be desired. We found water pressure to be an issue even with the VRBO house we rented. My husband and I agreed we would stay here again for a weekend! It’s in the middle of Marathon. It’s clean and a great price!

The water pressure was very low, but it did have enough hot water for a family or four.

The place had everything you needed! It's cute, clean, and in a great location! The pool was clean, and the dock and view of the water were awesome. The front desk staff was wonderful.

Housekeeping never filed the hand soap in the bathroom, it was empty from day one. I'm not sure if it was included, but once we used the initial 4 K cups of coffee for the Keurig, we were never provided anymore. Very small details, I didn't even mention them at checkout.

we had a wonderful experience. Sharon gave us places to visit Castaways, which is awesome, fresh fish every day, the Turtle hospital they do a terrific job caring & releasing the turtles well worth the visit, & of course Key west. We spent 2 days there. Jimmie Buffet was visiting. the room was the best, very clean, & everything we needed.

My one and only issue with the room is it seemed to hold moisture so the bed sheets felt "sticky". Fortunately, I did bring a blanket from home, so I was able to sleep on top of the bed covers with my own cover and was great.

Amazing setting! Lovely room with an idyllic pier/waterfront setting. Great pool. Excellent value for money. AMAZING TO SEE ECO FRIENDLY CHOICES BEING MADE - eco toilet paper and clear recycling. Ice on hand and good facilities for washing clothes.

Check in was weird as there wasn't a person there and it was slowly done over the phone/messaging.

Nice and clean room with everything you need to spend the night. Parking is free and the deck is very nice to watch the sunset

Loved being able to sit in the back area just enjoying the water and watching nature. very relaxing. The pool was nice and kept clean. Sharon who worked I. the office was wonderful ! Also the Peruvian woman was so sweet and helpful to us.

No downfalls
