in general the place was very nice and tidy. The place was equipped with most needed things. Comfortable bed. Additional bonus the fact that it was near the destination I wanted to travel, so it safe the time. We were satisfied with the place.

Unfortunately the toaster was broken but we managed without that. Other facilities were fine. One more thing which we did not like that the door to the bathroom were missing. It would rise the comfort of persons who using the toilet or bath if there were the door.

Room was clean and comfortable. We did not see any staff member until our check-out which was nice as we enjoyed the privacy. The room has all the basic amenities we need for our stay, and it is overlooking the 7-mile bridge.

It was a bit scary to receive a call with regards to check in and payment via cellphone as I have to give my credit card number. I understand they are a new management but an email to inform us about the new system of payment would have been nice. Also, I was on hold for more than 20 minutes waiting for a confirmation.

All the amenities! Having the kitchen let us fix some of our own meals. Loved being at the end of The Seven Mile Bridge. we took a sunset stroll every evening. There was a nice restaurant just a short walk away. We enjoyed sitting at the table watching the boats in the water and the traffic on the bridge. It was quit and relaxing.

I can’t think of anything we did not like.

You do need to drive or cab to the more popular spots on Marathon but, I knew this when booking and planned on dinner and breakfast at the Sunset Grill, so I didn't care.

Absolutely everything! My stay was so comfortable and close to everything I wanted to do. The was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. It had a full kitchen to use with pots and pans and dishes. Apartment size fridge was perfect for my needs. I had 3 doors that opened to outside patios, all that only could be accessed by me. I was able to roll out of bed in the morning and see the ocean from my patio. It also overlooked the pool which was so incredibly nice. It was heated which made early morning and late night swimming THE BOMB! There is a Publix grocery store less than 3 miles away, gift shops on property next door. The Sunset Grill is only about 50 yards from the room. There is a beautiful dock to access to watch manatee, dolphins and all kinds of fish. I even saw a sting ray this morning on my walk before I had to leave. I CANNOT say enough great things about this place. So much so I'm considering staying for a month next winter because my time there was too short

I didn't like that I had to leave this beautiful place.....and the fact that there was not a washer or dryer to use on the property. The place was perfect otherwise

The sunset view is spectacular. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was very convenient but quieter than being right on US 1

Its not right on the water and the first floor view is blocked a little by a chainlink fence. Bathroom very small but adequate. Biggest thing, I wish I knew I had to bring coffee filters instead of pods!

Clean, stocked with things you need in the kitchen. Nice spot close to day trips and shops.

Home across the street being built created a lot of noise - beyond their control but was louder than expected from morning to midday.

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled good too! The bonus balcony was a real plus for Sunrise. The front and side balcony overlooking the pool were both great places to watch the Sunset.

I can't think of anything that was disappointing. I would prefer individual soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc. But that is a personal preference. What is provided is just fine if you forget your shampoo as I did.

On arrival, staff was friendly, efficient, professional, yet friendly, offering answers to any questions and a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations. 2nd floor room has easy access, efficient air conditioning and ceiling fan, local artist painted large mural on one wall was a plus, lighting was great, very well equipped for preparing and eating meals in room. Room was located right over the pool, with 3 balconies that have chairs and a table on each, we found this to be a real plus. Though we travel with personal body wash & shampoo, the large, full dispensers of those commodities were mounted in the shower, finding those very convenient we used them, found the products to be high quality and quite handy. CApt. Pip's is a very nice, lovely place to stay. We highly recommend it.

No much to dislike, couldn't find any thing, actually.

The view and location were the best things about the property.

The outdoor furniture for the rooms was old and worn out. People kept parking in front of the pool so I could not take it vantage of the view while relaxing by the pool. A sign needs to be put up to ask people not to park in that location.
