Great place to stay, no frills. Which means no added fees to your stay, ie resort fees. I do not need kayaks and bikes. I came to Marathon for the beautiful blue, clear water and I found. a reasonable priced place to sleep.

Stayed there for one night in December. Clean room, very nice staff, no problems with late check-in, large comfortable beds. Good location, an hour by car from Key West. Very good value for money in this area.

The facilities are a bit old, but well kept and clean. A good place to stay if one wants to avoid the pricey accommodations in Key West.
Provide good clothe hangers and everything will be fine. Those plastic hangers available in Dollar Stores are good enough.

The property is a quaint little slice of old Florida. It’s quiet, with tropical gardens in back and areas to sit and read a book. It’s situated smack in the middle making travel to the lower keys a cinch. It’s an amazing value and Frank is wonderful!! I’ll visit again just to say hello to him! Everyone was so nice and had things ready for us early. Thing is, you’ll absolutely feel like part of the family while there.

The room was very clean, nice shower pressure and plenty of space. There is even extra parking in the pack for if you bring more then one vechele or pull a trailer. The staff was very nice and made sure we had all we needed, even on a holiday. We choose a room with a kitchenette because we rather cook our on food. It had a good size fridge, coffee and filters where provided also simple seasons like salt, pepper and oil. The only dislike I had was the pots and pans didn't have matching lids and they where very used. We had 4 guest but only 3 of each utensil, other then that I was pleased and comfortable.
Provide better cookware and at least 4 utensils when there is 4 guest

Early check-in options are fabulous. The owner called to make sure we were on our way and to give us check-in instructions. Super personable and sweet. We didn't expect the Taj Mahal but our room and the property exceeded our expectations. Lovely and quiet too. Not a party-central place - which is exactly what we wanted. Family owned and operated with that sweet, laidback, Keys vibe.
There is no pool but we knew that before we booked and it didn't bother us.
