Breakfast was great and all the staff members were professional and personable. Because I traveled using the Union Station, the hotel was a really convenient location as it was only a 6 minute walk~

The remote for the TV didn't work well. It would work and then just freeze, same for the TV. Certain channels would play and then freeze before going into a black screen. I'm not sure if it was the batteries or what but it was weird. Even though on all the signs of the building, it says that checkout is 12pm, I was informed from an employee that it's actually 11am. On their site, there's no check-in or check-out time posted anywhere.

Front desk attendant Andrew (Drew) was outstanding. Very professional and courteous. He appears ready for new challenges at this property or other Hilton brands. A strong asset for this hotel. I liked having a recycle bin in the room. Location was great. Coffee was excellent downstairs. Buffet food attendant on the morning of the 7th of September was very good.

RM 322 is slowly acquiring soap and mildew buildup a few inches above the shower floor pan surfaces at the seam for the wall surface. This was very minor and is simply not easily seen by average daily cleaning. Only reported because I noticed it. The room cleanliness and material condition were excellent overall. Breakfast might be a bit pricey, but anticipated in this area.

The location is great if you take the Amtrak to Chicago. It's an easy walk from Union Station. In fact, we walked to many attractions from the hotel including Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and the Art Institute. The neighborhood had many restaurants and public transportation stops. The room was comfortable and large and we slept well.

I thought the breakfast was overpriced but probably in line with similar offerings in the neighborhood. The room a couple of quirks. The bed was built in and not centered between the night stands. The mattress was right against the night stand on one side. The fitted sheet did not fit the mattress and kept popping off at the foot. The TV was streaming only and you have to use your own log in for Netflix, etc.

The location was close to many of the activities the wanted to do! The hotel itself was nice and clean. Our room was very nice and well suited for 2 people (2 queen room). Continental/4 Buffet breakfast was quite yummy ($21). The hotel was also very quiet, so our sleep was not disturbed.

The City View was non-existent for this room, so don’t bother paying for it. Our view was of another building. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected it to be. My back hurt the next day, but the day after wasn’t too bad. The bed had no give at all; completely flat/stiff. I have a memory foam mattress at home, which is very plush, so my body is not used to a super firm mattress. If you have a stiff/firm mattress at home, this most likely won’t bother you. If you have a memory foam mattress like I do, you will experience a noticeable difference. Also, the pillows were fluffy, but flat at the same time. Quite odd. Overall, I would stay here again; I just know what to expect now. You can’t beat the price or the location.

I enjoyed my stay here and it was comfortable considering the price and convenience of location. The room was more spacious than I expected with more than enough closet, luggage, and working space. I also liked the selection of tea and coffee provided in the room. The hotel was clean and stylish, although I was not able to try any food options to comment. Willis Tower is right next door and the neighborhood is also a nice place to enjoy morning walks. Highly recommended and would choose to stay here again in the future.

The view from my room was so close to the next building. Personally, it wasn't a problem since I don't mind keeping the shade down but it may be a consideration that you can see neighbors through the windows and privacy might be an issue.

Location is amazing, right across Willis Tower, and Quincy Station, which was so convenient in travel to the downtown area, without the car, food available across street, 2 min walk to Union station.. Parking was good, we parked for 2 nights and was worth, very safe parking no issues with it. Did not had breakfast at the hotel, we were having good food all around.

The bathroom door was a barn door, so sometimes was not closing properly...:) No complaints otherwise.

Absolutely loved the property. The location was amazing and convenient to everything. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again for all future stays to Chicago.

The only downside was the expensive parking next door of $55 a night. The garage is conveniently located though and seems to be normal parking rates for the area. Would use the garage again since so convenient and in/out privileges.

Staff was professional and welcoming. Location was ideal and within walking distance of just about everywhere I wanted to go. Hotel seems brand news, which was a plus.

The cost to park a car in the garage next door was $55/night. I know I was in a major US city, but that seems steep. I think the hotel should consider their guests more and negotiate a more reasonable price.

The hotel was well located and comfortable. Good bed and water pressure which I always appreciate. Staff was helpful and quick when I asked to replace some lightbulbs that were burned out. Positive experience.

I got a very large room, which was sparsely furnished and not very well lit, so it felt a bit drab, but I believe that's the only such specific room in the hotel.

The location was great. The staff was really nice. The room was good sized for downtown in a city. The curtains were good blackout curtains. We could get the room really dark

The bed was a little firmer than I prefer, but was pretty comfortable. The windows could have been more sound proof. The breakfast buffet was did not have much for a $21+ buffet.
