The front staff and the support staff were very helpful in assuring that we had the support we needed.

We had a laundry bin and vacuum sitting on our floor in the hallway the entire time we were there which I don't think was safe as it blocked the hallway. We were to have a city view and what we had was a view into the office building across the street.

The staff sent me champagne and chocolate strawberries. We were so surprised and grateful. I love the hot tub and my room. The staff also upgraded my room for my anniversary so we were on the 11th floor with a sofa and big screen TV which was great to watch the playoffs. The room was perfect!!! Cold weekend so we spent most of our time in the hotel. Ordered food mostly in. What a great getaway. Will definitely come back.

The cost of the valet was expensive. Also booked hotel for the use of the hot tub and steam room. The Steam room was not available during the week or if you do not have spa services. This amenity was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. My husband and I really wanted a relaxing experience. So we were looking forward to it. However the hot tub was amazing!! Many of the hotels did not have these amenities so I chose the the JW for those reasons

The hotel is very clean. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

There was a long line to check-in and only one person. She did not ask me if I was enrolled in the Marriott rewards program, I had to mention it. She did not mention any benefits such as the later checkout etc. I ordered breakfast from the in room dining and it was inedible. Eggs were burnt, hash browns completely dried out, toast cold and only half a carafe of coffee. I tried again and ordered dinner, the flat bread was think and doughy (not flat at all). I visited the bar downstairs and asked for a couple of olives. They never came but the server stood chatting with another server until we left.

Fantastic 6-night stay around the Marathon weekend. Great location and facilities, especially the spacious, well-equipped gym, jacuzzi and room amenities provided. The room itself was well-equipped with plenty of power/USB sockets, decent fridge, water provided, great bathroom amenities etc. Very comfortable, quiet and private. A special mention and thank you to Sylvia who made the process a breeze and very pleasant after long travels. Also to Matt, the JWM cultural Guru - I very much appreciated all of his tips, suggestions and info. Matt went above and beyond to be so helpful! Thank you Matt you were fantastic and a real assett to JWM.

My only small negatives/constructive criticisms were that the pillows provided had no substance and offered no support at all. Not sure if other/better pillows can be requested? Couldn't find any info. On this. Be aware that room service carries an additional delivery charge $4, plus 24% service added on top automatically - Food & service was great all around however. Also, a lady from housekeeping twice knocked on my door randomly, despite the "privacy please" sign clearly left on the door. Apart from these few minor points, all excellent.

ambiance, cleanliness, bathroom with big tub, workout room, pool and especially the yummy room service available til midnight!!

The property is elegant and in excellent condition. Everything was very clean. Staff were fabulous especially Holmes the bell captain who graciously checked our multiple bags twice. The room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfortable.

Only complaint is the bath towels were like sandpaper. For such an upscale hotel it was a real disappointment and not such a great experience using towels that were so thin and scratchy. Otherwise enjoyed the stay and would book again, hoping for softer towels next time 😁

the dumb elevators make you use a pass for floors five and above. Was not told to us and that sticker in elevator was all torn up.

Executive Suite with comfortable beds and the floor was quiet. The room faced other buildings but still had good lighting, enjoyed getting sunshine.
