Great hotel! Very convenient to McCormick Place. Easy accessibility to downtown with public or private transport. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet. We were on the 19th floor with great views. The rooftop bar and restaurant offer even more spectacular views. Breakfast was excellent. The fitness room is good for a hotel property. The restricted floor access offers an added level of security. The neighborhood features some enjoyable restaurants.

Lighting in the room can be better. Especially around the closet area. More electric outlets around the closet area would also be helpful. The Keurig in the room is appreciated, but please have coffee pods available, not only tea. Parking is expensive.

Loved this hotel! I am from a rural city, so I am not used to a downtown urban location and was a little apprehensive about my upcoming trip to Chicago. I selected this hotel due to the proximity to the McCormick Center, where the conference I was attending was located. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. We stayed on the 18th floor, but waiting for elevators was never an issue. Walking to and from the McCormick Center was so convenient. There is a nice convenience-type store directly across the street with anything you may need to pick up, and they also have amazing deli breakfast croissants with Boar's Head lunch meat! Starbucks is conveniently in the lobby. Also, the Hot Pot restaurant and Italian restaurant within close proximity were two of our favorites out of all of Chicago! Easy pickup location for Uber-ing to local attractions. Felt safe staying here. Would stay here again. Had no issues with front desk holding luggage for us on airport travel days. Highly recommend.

While the hotel has a limited housekeeping service, this was not as bad as I anticipated. Although it was posted you must request housekeeping if desired, the housekeeping did still service the room every day without request to empty our trash and take dirty towels/bring new towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. I believe the request is only necessary for the entire room - bed linens, etc.

Beautiful property in a very convenient location. Our room was exceptional. It was on the corner so we also got great views of the city.

There is a lot of loitering in front of the property in the late afternoon to evening hours and that can make people feel unsafe. There are also smokers right outside the building which is not a big issue but can still be gross.

I loved the little 'store' right outside the elevator. I also liked the fact that you had to have a key to operate the elevator as well. Made me feel safer if I had accidentally left my door unlocked. Beds were incredibly comfy and big just like the room itself, the hotel was pretty. Wintrust arena is across the street, loved the connected Starbucks and staff was incredible. I'll def stay here again despite it being pricey

Expect giant hidden fees. There was about $400 in hidden fees, the parking for cars are valet only and the parking lot towards the back is not connected to the hotel, your car will be towed.

The staff where very friendly and helpful they answered any questions we had an provided us with the best deals possible made us feel very comfortable an welcomed greeted us each time when entering the building an when returning

There was nothing I can’t say I didn’t like about my job the staff we excellent with providing great customer service

Great, convenient location, amazing view of the city, helpful friendly staff and excellent vallet service. We will be back.

Only complaints are the rooftop restaurant's floor was dirty Sunday morning and we could hear loud music for most of the evening in our room coming from the rooftop bar/restaurant Saturday night.

We were seeing a concert at soldier field and were able to easily walk to it from the hotel. Also conveniently located to trains to downtown.

Hardly any fast food places nearby and restaurant next to hotel was not serving food after the concert so literally no place to get a quick bite after 10:30.

Location is excellent.

I requested to keep the room until 2 PM, as the conference ended at 1:30 PM. The front desk staff requested $25 per hour after 12. I found this ODD; if the hotel is busy then it should be NO, if not busy, they should accommodate the request without charge!

everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. centrally located to shops and restaurants

the property was fine the guest in the room next to me smoked marijuana and had a party until the wee hours of the morning but security came and tried to calm them down.

The location was perfect for a concert at Wintrust Arena. Great food options with a Starbucks in the hotel and hot pot and pizza and beer near by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The metro is conveniently located as well.
