The room was a good size for 2 people. Hotel had a pool & hot tub & laundry facilities.

The rooms heating system is soooo loud, quite annoying. The hot tub could of probably used some cleaning. Noticed scumb along wall of hot tub, dirt on bubbles. Breakfast not the most appetizing. Didn't eat the hot food. Grabbed fruit and yogurts if it was there. Lobby of hotel did smell for a few days. Did laundry at hotel, but they ran out of laundry detergent so we had to buy some at a Walgreens. Hotel did not leave any dish detergent or sponge so we can wash dishes. Didn't think it made sense to use dishwasher so we bought dawn & a sponge to wash dishes.

Excellent location for walking to most of the major tourist attractions. Room was clean and comfortable.

Be prepared for additional charges not mentioned on reservation: a $75 “incidental fee” up front, and then the room does not include onsite parking. It was either $65 valet parking or find your own public parking.

Size of the apartment was exceptional, as was the location (3min walk to L-station Roosevelt, 15min walk to Fields Museum, straight L-connection to O‘Hare). Two supermarkets (Trader Joe‘s and Jewel Osco) were within a 5min walk. Both sell also liquors.

Kitchen equipment and cutlery was poor (one pan, one small pot, one (!) fork), which made cooking some sort of a challenge. The location of the apartment next to the elevators was sometimes bothersome in terms of noise.

I stayed for 7 days for a business trip. Overall, there were no such issues with my stay. I would strongly recommend staying in this hotel. Pro: 1) Equipped with a small kitchen (including a big fridge, induction oven, kitchenware, and micro oven) 2) Great breakfast with variations 3) Great view from my 16th-floor room 4) Spacious and clean room 5) Good wifi speed

Cons: 1) The only con is the housekeeping is done once in three days. Despite of request, they refused to clean the room before their schedule. 2) Toiletries may not be sufficient for three days---but despite request at the reception they reused to provide before housekeeping schedule on every 3rd day

Breakfast was ok, similar to many hotels I have stayed at. It was nice they opened early for marathoners. The location on the 8th floor was interesting, good views. Regular sized refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher in room were great! Uber, Lyft rides to attractions in the city. 2 blocks to METRA rail transportation system. Close to Trader Joes and Jewel Osco grocery store. Very close to Grant Park and Lake Michigan shoreline and running and walking paths. Close to Soldier Field approx 1.5 miles. I would stay here again.

Just some minor things in the room: tile baseboard in bathroom was detached from wall. tub drain stopper was not working initially, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Paid ~$675/night, that seemed expensive, but maybe you get what you pay for location wise, it is a good location.

The location was just wonderful! we had a corner room, and it was so great to see the skylines. The room was super clean, and the furniture was actually comfortable! The kids loved the pool, and everyone found something to eat at the complementary breakfast! All staff that we came across were friendly and/or helpful!

The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, and after a weekend of museums with kids, I needed coffee. But again, the breakfast area had coffee! The pool was awesome, but the water temperature was quite cold!

The location was OK. The walk to the Shedd aquarium/Planetarium (they're next to one another) is about 25min. If you want to get to the Navy pier, it's closer to 35 min. I would also ask for the lake view (so you're not looking at roofs of buildings).

The beds were too soft. I'm used to sleeping on my Tempurpedic mattress, and the beds were very very soft (definitely felt it in the morning with my sore back). Also the pool is very small, if you're staying on the weekend forget about swimming.

Your valet was amazing! Momo personality was out standing. My daughter forgot something in the room and when we stop in the gentleman in house keeping went beyond and found her light stick! Made her cry with joy. Tell him thank you again. We stayed there 3 nights of lollapalooza service was better then then an upper scale one up the road that we spent our final night in town at.

We loved our stay here. The location is absolutely outstanding, so close to everything. Trader Joe’s just down the street and the Metro, which made getting around super easy. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The corner suite had a beautiful view of the lake and having a kitchen was great. We will be back! Thanks so much 😃

The staff was very friendly! The facilities were nice and clean and abundant compared to elsewhere. For the price a bargain. The view of Chicago was amazing especially at night. The breakfast was beyond expectations for a free hotel breakfast. Adjacent to...everything. It made a great home away from home and our first winter Chicago experience a delight! 10/10 would recommend.

The parking price was a little ridiculous, but about the same as everywhere else in downtown.
