Incredible location for the purpose of my trip (going to an event at Soldier Field). Close enough to downtown to explore the city. The room was big and comfortable, and have some wonderful views of the city and sunset. Most of the employees were very nice. There is a small grocery store next to it and some restaurants around.

Although the room and bathroom seemed clean, the window in the room (which is pretty big) wasn't, there was some marks that made me thought in what the prior guesses were doing. Almost all the employees were friendly except for this lady at the cafeteria in the mornings, very impolite and rude.

The room was fabulous, great bathroom, great view, great bed. Housekeeping was inconsistent, some days the shampoos and coffee were replaced, others not even though the room was cleaned. Not all beers were available but I know everyone has supply issues and the manager was very apologetic so no issue. There was no one available to call cabs most of the time and no one around or interested on the door like there used to be pre-COVID, but again I do understand that finding staff is an issue everywhere.

The view of the lake was absolutely stunning and the room itself was nice too, got to watch the storms over the lake which was cool also couldn't hear the thunder because the window glass was so thick

Location it is farther away from a lot of the city's main attractions but I went to a concert and it served it's purpose for that

Great hotel very clean and were very nice to let us check in hours early.

Only thing I didn’t like was not receiving a response from the hotel when I messaged via booking.com Tiny things like that make you concerned for how the stay will be before you even arrive thankfully we were more than happy with everything after we got there.

The location was perfect to access the venue for the concert. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at check-in, the restaurants, valet, etc. Our room was perfect-great natural light, roomy, clean.

We don't have any real complaints. But we could have used more storage. A dresser under the tv would have been perfect.

The location was great for the Beyoncé concert at Soldier Field and we had a perfect room view of both the Lake and skyline.

Didn’t like the amount of money spent for the stay, the hotel didn’t have valet parking as it was already sold out upon arrival at 8pm that Friday evening for check in.

Room was well furnished; pillows were nice and soft; the bed felt similar to my own. I appreciated the darkness of the room for sleeping and the room safe. It was nice to have an ironing board and iron and even better that I didn't have to use it. The Room Service speed was excellent.

Considering the nightly rate, the view was underwhelming. Closing the door to the restroom from the inside was a struggle. Despite the darkness of the room for sleeping, there was no night light for getting up at night if one needed to do so. Had a refrigerator but no microwave.

I really like the view, the location of our room, and how everything is accessible. When we checked in, the room is ready and clean. I like that we have this in and out privileges for our car.

We could use a microwave in our room to heat up some leftover or when we're about to have some midnight snacks.

good sized room, very nice shower and the view of downtown Chicago was excellent! I also appreciate the location - which is attached to McCormack Place, as it made ducking in and out of the conference a piece of cake.

there are not enough options to get a taxi or ride share... probably because the price of gas (June 2022), but this means you are kind of stuck for options as there isn't a vast variety of restaurants in the area to walk to

very clean, spacious corner room with a beautiful view of the city skyline.

the only complaints I have are that one employee at the market was never, ever smiling and not friendly. not rude, just didn’t go out of her way to be pleasant. everyone else was wonderful. the other complaint was the bed. it was too firm for my taste.
