Checked in for Chicago marathon and it's perfectly located for that. On the running route and <1 mile stroll to start/ finish line. Staff were very accommodating giving us a room w a (disabled) tub bath on request. Beautifully decorated & presented new hotel and liked the yoga etc on offer

Breakfast poor and considering paid-for, complicated to figure out how it worked for B&B guests - only the basic coffee/ takeaway mini pastries were included in the deal. Wish I'd booked the attached Marriott round the corner for spa/ sauna facilities, they weren't included.

First of all wanted to say big thank you to the hotel for complimentary bottle of prosecco for my sister's birthday. I like the style the ambience and how clean it was. Also the bathrooms are beautiful. It's has a po l the necessary amenities in the bathroom and in the room.

The rooms for such a hotel should have normal cups not the paper cups. Me personally when I have a coffee it's in proper cup. We called housekeeping but never received those cups. The staff brought paper cups again.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The 1920’s decor with a twist was exquisite, the scent in the hallways was infatuating, and furniture was beyond comfortable. I really dislike gloomy hotel rooms, so I was pleased with the huge windows giving a lot of natural light as well as the exceptional artificial lighting. Room was super clean and had everything one can need. Staff was attentive and nice all the way. Location was also good, lots of coffee shops nearby and you can get to the Riverwalk steps in no time straight through LaSalle St., or take W Adams St. to reach Millenium Park. I will definitely stay here again!

A little bit of hallway noise can be heard sometimes.

A very nice hotel with great, friendly service. You really get the feeling of being welcome here. We did enjoy our stay. lots of nearby convenience stores. Relatively close to Chicago Art Institute.

Unfortunately the location is really optimal for the business traveller and NOT for tourists. Too far away from the Riverwalk and the Navy Pier and Magnificent Mile. Close to Chicago Art Institute. Most nearby eating places close at around 7 PM and on the weekends they are closed.

VERY nice hotel, well designed, very clean, well maintained. And SUPER quiet. We could not tell we were sleeping in a big city nor hear guests around us. Staff was 'on it' if you asked for any little thing. Breakfasts were EXCELLENT and a very good value. The smart elevators took a little getting used to but were also a nice add.

Trivial complaint but the fridge didn't have a freezer so we couldn't refreeze our ice packs for the trip home.

Very clean room, loved the decor, felt luxurious. Easy check in and out.

Parking was either valet or find a parking garage. There are a few close by, but it was a few blocks walk to get to the hotel, not a deal breaker but if traveling heavy could be a bit of work.

There was a rag in shower that wasn’t ours. It was there the whole stay even after room was cleaned twice.

Rooms were exceptional. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bar and restaurant with great service and offerings. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful.
