The location was superb. The room was beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The best part though was the concierge being kind and understanding. I had sprained my ankle and was in crouches and he was kind enough to allow us to check in quite early. The staff also allowed us to extend our check out by an hour due to it being New Year's Day and all.

There is nothing that I can list that I did not like. Albeit, I didn't use any of the facilities besides the room so I cannot judge or rate them. Overall, the staff was great. The location was incredible and everything in our room met our expectations.

Hotel is in a great and easily accessible location in Chicago. Some cool spots, such as Magnificent Mile, are within walking distance. The staff is friendly! The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Also, they use a service called 2ndKitchen for food delivery, which I thought was pretty cool. The room is very spacious. Love that there was a microwave and a small coffee/tea station. I received a free room upgrade, so that was a major plus!

Wish there was a mini fridge in the room, but that didn't really bother me too much. Also, wished the water refilling stations and ice machines were on each floor, rather than just on the 2nd floor.

Loved this boutique hotel right near Thee Magnificent Mile. Greats places surrounding to shop and eat. Not far from Navy Pier either. Very comfy and spacious for the two bedroom suite! It was very cute. There are multiple places in surrounding area for parking but check pricing. Also love that must have hotel key to work elevators it gives a sense of security.

However not sure why they have two microwaves and not mini fridge. Most people won’t eat all of their food from dining in the area so would be nice to not waste food and able to put in a fridge. Did not have proper towels for washing. Also first room by the entry door of hotel room does not have door which was weird. There is only one tv in the shared living area. Would also like to see better lighting! They also charge your card prior to check in when going through booking only, so they say but no other hotel has charged until check out so maybe they can change that because I wasn’t even Chicago when my card was charged which caused issues that they were not willing to rectify. Overall I would recommend the hotel but just tell others what to expect.

We love the hotel and it's location. The fitness room was nearby and well equipped.

We were in a Handicap accessible room (207) which was lacking in a shower curtain to contain the shower spray making the floor tile a little risky. Additionally there was no closet or coat rack to hang coats or garments. Could have used a mini fridge too, but since it was only one night, we got by.

It was a very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfortable bed.

When we entered the room it was very hot (78 degrees) even though the thermostat was set to 60. After speaking with the front desk they suggested we turn off the heat/AC. Over the course of the night it lowered itself to 74 degrees by the time we left Sunday morning. It was comfortable.

The location of the hotel is exquisite! Great place, right behind the 360Chicago and incredibly close to the Magnificent Miles and all the best stores. The lobby was ok and the room was quite spacious! Nice bathroom, amazing view to the Michigan Avenue and great decor.

They are not offering housekeeping, don't know if due to Covid or not, but if you'd like to have new towels or your rooms cleaned, you just call to reception. They don't have a minibar (which wasn't so bad, since we only stayed for 4 days) and their elevator is a bit slow and tight. However, what bothered me the most was the fact that they don't have light switches close to bed, only close to the door. Had to turn my cellphone's flashlight everyone when walking back to bed. Still, it's an amazing hotel, considering the location, how spacious the room is and the view to the avenue.

The hotel is located at a quieter corner of downtown while near to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for two people to stay in, and the furnishing looked posh. The WiFi connection was good.

The parking option was super awkward, expensive and inconvenient. But it's downtown Chicago for you. All the doors and elevator buttons in this hotel did not work smoothly.

It was a warm and welcome stay. Staff was amazing and everything very clean. If you want your room to be clean, you have to notify the receptionist one day before. Location was amazing, in the heart of Michigan Ave. Super restaurants close to hotel. There was buss shuttle 2 min away and trains 7 min away by walk. Highly recommended!

I found that this hotel was a little bit too out of the way to get to the shops and restaurants more towards the Magnificent Mile. I also was disappointed to find that there was no business center to use computers.

No business center to use computers; also wasn't crazy about the floor layout when going to find the ice machine and munchies.

Location is great. Every corner in the hotel was spotlessly clean. Management is extremely careful with safety measures concerning pandemic. According to the staff, the building was erected during 1930's. Building has this mysterious silence as she had witnessed many incidents in the past? Location+price+quality equation is right.

When you look at the hotel from outside, entrance is somehow vague and dull.
