I have stayed here multiple times. I have always been impressed with the staff. Everyone was kind and went out of their way to help you. Breakfast was great. Location was great. I have never had any problems. Plus, there is an Outback Steakhouse attached, which never fails! :)

This is NOT a complaint, but just to bring awareness. The parking lot can be full and difficult to find a spot. HOWEVER, there is a parking garage, it is just hard to spot. It goes underneath the lot/hotel. The staff will direct you where to go. I am noting this so that future customers are aware in case they fear they can't find parking. You won't have trouble :)

Spacious room with an exceptionally comfortable bed overlooking a local road on the edge of a residential area. Good buffet breakfast including fresh fruit. Shuttle picks up at Terminal 5 (unlike some of the othe airport hotels.) Need to ring the hotel to request. Shuttle runs every 30 mins from the hotel to the airport. 15 minutes walk to Cumberland station on the CTA Blue Line into Chicago.

Outback Steakhouse (on-site) closes at 9pm on a Sunday and there are no other eating options nearby apart from snacks in the hotel at outrageous prices ($9 - $10 for a packet of potato chips or pistachios).

Was very clean, staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good. The whole place smelled so nice. It was a wonderful place to stay, the outback restaurant in the hotel was nice, the food was great!

I was highly disappointed that the hotel didn't have free parking in the hotel parking lot. It wasn't made clear in the description, and it was a surprise extra expense that was not in my planned vacation budget. They charged 30 dollars a day to park in an ordinary parking lotI, that should be free if your staying at that hotel. I saw people walking long distances to get to their vehicles in free places. I didn't have that option as I am disabled & can not walk far distances, so that was a huge inconvenience.

The breakfast was very good (though extremely crowded with other guests). My vegan wife could find enough for herself and so could I. It's nice to have more options such as the oatmeal with lots of different toppings plus bagels, english muffins, etc. We really appreciated the choices. Also, the room was quiet and it was large enough to spread out. I would definitely stay here again, should the need arise.

The only area that could use improvement in the room relates to the fans. There is no fan in the bathroom. That's just the way it is and we adapted. The larger fan issue is the one in the living area part of the room - there is no way to turn it off. The vent in the ceiling blows constantly and made the room cooler than we would have liked.

It was convenient location to the airport, the room was spacious. The mini kitchenette was very useful with microwave, kettle and a fridge where we could put food and waters. Staff was nice.

It was a bit dated, restaurant chairs sometimes stained, the room smelled a bit old. We booked a suite for 2 adults and 3 children, and they had quite small double beds (they call them Queen size) and the little sofa where the 5th person slept was not really a sofa bed, just a sofa so it wasn’t entirely the most comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was ok but it didn’t have much variety, no fruit salads, salads or ham/salami/cheese. The waffle machine did not work every day.

Our room was very nice with an awesome view of Downtown Chicago. It was also in a pretty good area with only a short walk from a L-Train station. Staff was friendly and very helpful for us. Additionally, there was a grocery store nearby with many different food options, which helped to save a little money on our trip.

The breakfast had a good selection but I was sort of hoping it would have changed a little more from day to day. Every day we stayed they had eggs and sausage (which was good but it got old after a while). They also didn't have any waffles, which made my kids a little sad. Additionally, the cleaning woman for our room turned the heat on fully and left it that way when we came back in the evening. It wasn't a huge issue, but it was a little annoying.

I had booked the place for Lollapalooza and it was perfect. A 10-12 minute walk to the train station was so convenient. I had requested a room with a view of a high floor and the room we received was beyond my expectations. The free breakfast was a nice way to save some money too. The rooms were spacious and clean and honestly felt a bit like a small apartment. Overall great stay!

The only thing I will say is that the parking lot is a bit small for the size of the hotel. I will say it was the summer so obviously more cars but I do wish the lot was a bit larger.

The room was clean with plenty of space for 3 people. The breakfast was good.

The instructions to take the shuttle bus from the airport could have been a little more detailed with what the bus looks like and what approximate time I could expect it to arrive especially since it sounded like the shuttle runs upon request rather than having a regular schedule when I initially inquired (and later told that it arrives at 00/30 every hour). It was a bit cold to wait outside for about 25-30 min.

My dad had a stroke and was at Resurrection hospital and this hotel was 5 minutes away. Staff knew why we were staying and went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and accommodated. Everything from our room rate, the location of our room, even parking, and handling the canceling and booking we were doing based on the condition of my fathers health. They made the worst week of my life so much less stressful by going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and so much more. You truly do not come across people who are empathetic like this, and it truly was beyond refreshing. Will always stay with them if I have to book in the city. 100% worth it. The room was gorgeous, extremely clean, and spacious. So cozy. Thank you to everyone who helped us while we stayed here. Best service ever

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the maids, the customer service was really top notch. I also liked the breakfast and snack options. It helped me complete my busy day without having to travel multiple places.

The room had reddish/pink stains on multiple parts of the floor that made me feel it was dirty in other places as well. The A/C was cranked up but still I had to sleep with no covers to stay cool.
