It’s a beautiful property and the front desk is amazing! It’s in a convenient location! The room was beautiful and spacious ! The bed was comfortable!

The main reason I booked this property is because of location and the fact it was listed as soundproof as I hate hearing other guests when I stay at hotels! It indeed was not soundproof as I could hear the room above mines conversation and flushing of the toilet all night ! I usually do not sleep with the tv on but I had to do so in order to try and block out the sound! Also, the parking is expensive and as much as we pay for the rooms already it should either be complimentary or $10-15 cheaper!

Comfy room with breakfast included. Staff friendly, close to Airport. Around 5 minute walk to nearest metro station. Shuttle included to Ohare (ORD).

It will take you 45-60 minutes by train to reach Downtown Chicago. If you plan rideshare (ie Uber/Lyft) could be around $40 or more a ride to Downtown Chicago.

Location is super near to airport and also train station. Staffs are really helpful. Restaurant staffs are also super friendly.

You need to be a member to enjoy the free wifi. Sofa bed is not up to standard, please improve the quality of the sofa bed mattress. I had a backache sleeping on it.

Hard to find even with GPS also the night staff isn’t very friendly. Did not explain anything about parking, where or how to get to the room. didn’t explain how breakfast worked. also that the hotel wasn’t accessible from the parking structure. nothing was explained just processed my payment and gave me my kids NOTHING else. Didn’t even greet us

The bed was super well made and extremely comfortable. I really liked the room layout as well. The customary shuttle to the airport was highly appreciated. This hotel experience really put the Marriott brand ahead of the game (in my eyes) with respect to good hospitality services.

Everything was great to be honest. If I had to nitpick then I guess breakfast could have been served earlier (I didn't have a chance to eat since I had to leave at 4:30am for a plane flight). But in my opinion that type of request errs on being too much. Additionally due to being next to the highway, I could hear cars whizzing by as I was falling asleep. It didn't bother me (I just passed out in my bed), but I could see sound isolation as a possible area of improvement.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Very spacious. We really enjoyed the beds being in a separate room. The staff were very accommodating to our request for a top floor. Our family loved watching the airplanes go by and surprisingly there is very minimal sound from them passing by. The pool and hot tub were nice and the movie in the pool was an added bonus too. Starbucks in the lobby was so convenient for all our coffee needs and the bar was great too. Our family will definitely return and are already looking forward to planning our next trip.

There was really nothing that we didn't like. I guess I would say the only complaint would be parking and the fee to park in the garage but really what do you expect in Chicago.

Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved it! Staff was particularly friendly, in particular at the restaurant.

For some reason, breakfast wasn't included (which I supposed it was). Breakfast buffet is very expensive, and orange juice and coffee weren't included (eight dollars extra for each one!).

Just in town shortly for work, very clean and quiet room.

The Starbucks sort of shut down, so I had to go to the restaurant for breakfast. I didn't want to be around people.

Room was nice. Close to the train to get downtown.

The food for room service was bad and the manager said she would remove the cost of the food from our stay, but did not.

the room size is very good spacious! I liked that there was a Starbucks at the hotel! the breakfast was good too and nice service

the only complaint is that the car noise from the highway is a bit loud.
