Environment very nice, room very nice as well

They didn’t have the airport shuttle on the 24th and I had to pay a taxi on me. Which was unexpected because I chose that hotel also for the airport shuttle. So yeah keep in mind that… I would have put a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the unexpected airport shuttle cancelled from Saturday until Wednesday without notice or info at the moment of booking…

The person at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We were only there from late at night till early in the morning so I don’t have huge opinion

I felt the bed was a bit hard. As were the pillows. And the sheets were not soft. We did not like that there wasn’t a continental breakfast after paying so much for a room for a night having to spend $15 each on a breakfast to run out the door. That they didn’t have a late airport shuttle so we missed it and had to Pay for a taxi so I think they should have had shuttle service until midnight

Parked in the multi story next door to the hotel which was signposted for hotel parking. Lady on desk was very helpful sorting a pass so I didn't get fined or towed. Room was a good size and comfortable. Close to the airport which is why i booked here. Shuttles available if within the right times, but I had to leave around 5am before they started.

I booked an upgraded king room through booking.com, but on arrival there were no upgraded king rooms available... Was going to head down and eat at the hotel bar, but seeing what others were being served it didn't look particularly appetizing so I opted to order in.

stayed here for a few days staff was always nice and happy to help, I had lost my phone charger and one of the front desk associates let me use his own personal one until my phone was completely charged! overall a good experience

the quality of the room could be improved. The cabinet where the refrigerator is was barely hanging on. and the television channels are extremely limited

If only US hotels could work out that not everyone is from the USA. People in other countries drink tea, please can you actually provide proper tea without having to chase it down and milk, not the rubbish in environmentally unfriendly inadequate tiny plastic tubs. Other than the tea it was everything we needed.

We spent one week in this hotel. At the front desk the people were so helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. The blue line is available within a 10 minutes by walk. The value for money is very good especially during the marathon week. It was our first trip in U.S. and was a great experiance.

We only stayed overnight waiting for our flight.. The hotel was nice enough to reimburse for a taxi as we got in too late for the shuttle. It was very comfortable for the short time we stayed.

Staff was very friendly and the entire hotel smelled super clean from when I walked in the door. My room was very clean and spacious with the bed being super comfy. Would definitely recommend!

Parking was not included with the room rate and was $25 extra.

Nice staff, good coffee at breakfast and in room, quiet, comfy beds, free shuttle to airport

Maybe a free water in the fridge after arrival would be nice

Liked the shuttle availability and staff. I know the wonderful man who took my reservation also checked me in and he is a real asset to the hotel. His name, I believe is Gus or Guston or something like that. Excellent perfect employee.
