The hotel itself is very beautiful and in a great location for the convention center. We forgot our box fan at home and the hotel lent us one! They were also very quick in responding to requests. When we first checked in we were in a room next to a room with screaming kids, but the hotel staff let us move rooms with no issue! Big thanks to Karem who helped us move! They are strict on their noise policy which is great for me!

When we initially checked in they would not let us use a cart to unload our luggage, but when we moved rooms they did. Also the clerk who originally checked us in told us there were no elevators in the hotel, but there were. Finally, not sure if this is the fault of the hotel or convention center, but the walkway to the convention center was not air conditioned. It almost felt like they had the heat running. On the convention center side it was cooler, but near the hotel it was unbearable.

We stayed overnight at the hotel because we had an early flight the next day with a toddler. Prom was being held there so it was very busy and noisy. It was filled with teenagers and we were worried that they would keep our family awake. They were able to accommodate giving us a quiet room away from all of the events and we were actually able to get some sleep before our early plane ride the next day.

Directions on how to get the hotel were confusing on the website and using google maps. However, the staff was able to get the person driving us there back on the correct route after dropping us off.

Kenny helped us out after there was a mistake in our reservation, and we got locked out after being "checked out." He was very kind and helpful. The employees were very kind, and the place looked amazing, and I will definitely return!

The system was down, and one of the ladies checked me manually into a room under a different name. I got checked out, and my card wasn't working to go in, and my initial reservation was marked as a no-show. The beds felt allot smaller than my initial queen bed reservation, but they were very comfortable.

we were there for G-Fest. having a room at the event venue was great. the breakfast buffet is amazing as well as the food and service at red bar. lots of different rooms to adequately host all of the different activities that were going on with the event

early check in fee? no one was rushing to clean our room so what did i pay for? the parking fees were high as well, if someone is already paying over $600 for a two night stay, do you really need to charge an additional $34 a day to park at the hotel?

Clean room and spacious area. Hotel bar with almost only pleasant waiter/waitress. Close to the airport and convention center if needed to be there.

Continental breakfast "ok" but on the sub-part level vs. expectations. Not 100% the fault of the hotel (thunderstorms) but the lack of electricity and the 3h delay for check-in could have been easen with like a voucher for the bar/sandwich to let the people wait especially after a +10h trip coming from Europe

We had a wonderful experience! Maretta (not sure if spelling is correct) gave us an upgrade as the "guest of the day". We got a better room and free parking and breakfast! The facility was clean and nice. We were there for a convention that was held in the hotel, so very convenient. Everything was terrific!

The TV wouldn't turn on at first, but they sent someone to fix it right away. Otherwise, all was great!

Kenny and the woman that checked me out were wonderful. They were both helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed.

I don't have any real complaints, though I would suggest a Continental breakfast for non members, especially if not every room has a refrigerator for food. I'm sure a certain crowd is being catered to, but for the demographic outside that target audience, that visit anyway it would be nice.

Hotel staff go above and beyond! Room service on 7/15 on floor 3 was exceptional. She tucked in my daughters little stuffed animal and that was something she talked about and lived the entire stay. Staff at breakfast bar gave my kids hot coco and even made sure the temp was safe for them. I was just amazed at the kindness we were shown here. Great people!!

I ordered from the Cafe and was a little surprised by the cost for a simple oatmeal.

There was a sound of a running fan in the bathroom that never went off. Had to pay extra to access my room early because I arrived in the morning. Had only one face towel in the room even though there were multiples of other towels. Called to get extra later in the evening and never received them.
