Breakfast was typical for a Hampton Inn - substantial, a range of options including eggs and either pancakes or waffles. Dining area was comfortable, spacious, and pretty clean. Room was comfortable, HVAC worked and was easily controlled. Location was very easy for airport access (a few minutes drive/shuttle), and pretty straightforward for getting into downtown Chicago on the commuter rail. I wasn't able to get a late checkout time, but the public areas of the hotel have lots of seating and some places to work/plug in, so I was relatively comfortable for the time I was there before taking the free airport shuttle (which was quick and on time.) There are a couple restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store within a very short walk of the hotel. More shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater about 15 minutes walk away, surrounding the train station that runs straight into downtown Chicago.

AC was noisy -- like the sound of a big box fan running on high in the wall. I ended up turning the A/C off at night just to not be awakened by it turning on and off. Location is convenient, but a bit industrial -- wide road difficult to cross, and not much in terms of trees or green areas or pedestrian-friendly zones. It's really designed for people with cars.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Ariana was lovely, and there was a man at the front desk who was very accommodating. The hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Downstairs by the breakfast buffet is always kept clean and tidy. Guest bathrooms downstairs also very clean!

When we got to our room, the fridge we had wasn’t working. But front desk ensured maintenance was up at our room and they switched it out for us. Then in the middle of the night we heard a maintenance/electrical room going off with big bangs. We’re not sure if that was in fact what it was but we recorded it for front desk and they gave us a new room immediately and complimentary parking.

Great location near the airport, the outlet mall, and our new favorite restaurant Moretti's :) lobby is spacious, staff are very friendly and helpful, room is large and offers everything a traveller could ask for, breakfast is somewhat limited in quantity but good in quality, AND plenty of coffee, tea and juice offerings!

A/C says it has 2 settings (high and low), but even the low setting is VERY LOUD, and there is no way to set the A/C to run continuously on low setting (important for those of us that prefer white noise). So, between the A/C blasting on and off, and the overhead planes roaring as they came/went to ORD, it was not a restful night :(

Breakfast was amaizing, I loved the waffles machine. The hotel offers tea and coffee for free all day along. The bed was very comfortable. I love the hotel offers many social areas as the little balcony with fireplace, swiming pool and hot tube, gym. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Nothing to add here, everything was good. Maybe, as a plus, I would say that during the breakfast could have more fresh fruits and in the little market at the front desk could offer more fresh salad to buy as a quick meal as they offer with other types of frozen food.

Free breakfast quality was outstanding vs other hotel's free breakfast.

Hotel's strength is providing 24 hours reception services for late checking in customers. But one of the hotel emails said reception will be ended at midnight. I had to send 2 emails for getting an acknowledgement from hotel that my flight would be landed around midnight n could only check in after midnight.

This hotel is well located for Chicago's O'Hare airport, We stayed for two nights before our return flight home to the UK, after a three week touring vacation, and they provide a shuttle bus if needed. However we did not need it as we had our own vehicle. The room was clean, comfortable and certainly had enough space for me and my wife. The included breakfast was one of the best that I've experienced during my stays in numerous US hotels. a 7-11 is just over the road should you need any supplies. Very pleasant two night stay - Thank you!

The shuttle to and from the airport was on time and reliable. Breakfast was great. The room was very large and clean,

There was no restaurant on site where guests could eat dinner; I went to an Italian place across the street, as I did not have a car. The food was okay (not great) but there were multiple TVs all over the place showing sports and the service was slow so I was forced to watch and hear competing sports TVs for nearly an hour. It was not peaceful or enjoyable.

Great facilities and comfortable. We enjoyed the whirlpool at the end of our day. The pool opens til 11 pm which is quite rare in our experience. We've stayed at multiple Hampton Inn before and this one is perhaps the most comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is great.

There is not enough parking in front of the hotel and we need to park in the garage in the next building. Still reasonable but just not as convenient as parking right outside of the hotel.

Breakfast was good - good selection and a long time period. Pool and jacuzzi were fab. Good location with L train links to the city. Room clean and tidy with all amenities we required Staff were friendly and helpful Free shuttle to and from the airport

Did not realise we had to ring the hotel to organise the pick up from the airport to the hotel. Luckily an American lady (with a roaming phone) did this for us

The king room was clean and very spacious. The complementary breakfast was great and offered a lot of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to O'Hare was quick and easy. Overall, an excellent stay.
