Dauphine Orleans Hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the evening valet. We were only passing through New Orleans and wanted an historic hotel. We were only there for one night. Quiet, despite close proximity to Bourbon St.

Room lighting really needed to be much better. It was very dim and cave like. None of the information we had said that the hotel bar is closed on Mondays, and it is. We had hoped to have a drink at the hotel bar, as opposed to the craziness of Bourbon Street. Bill had an item for "tourism consult charge", or something like that. We asked the desk check in person what he would recommend we do since we were only in town for one night...

quite run down bedrooms - toilets floors was stained it looked so dirty - carpet in the room dirty and smelled - was ok for 3 days but I will look for a different hotel next time though

Staff was very friendly, Room was clean and bed comfortable , pool was nice and clean also hotel was located perfect everything was walking distance . I also like that they have valent parking it was alil pricey $45 a day for parking, but I wasn't worried about my vehicle it was safe locked up . This place became my favorite hotel to stay in New Orleans. When I go back and visit. Oh, I almost forgot to check out the bar on-site. And it's beautiful, the bartender is very friendly. And it's so convenient when you don't want to go on Bourbon Street, you can get a couple of drinks there.

I have nothing to say. There's nothing bad that I found at this location.

The staff were excellent! The bar was quiet and a very welcome retreat from the New Orleans outside!

The hotel didn't offer any food services. Be very careful on Bourbon Street. We are used to central London at night and with our wits about us, one of our group still got robbed.

Location was the best 👌

The staff was so friendly! The location was perfect for us! We wanted the French Quarter, but not the party hours. Super close to all the hot spots but, far enough away for peace and quiet. The pool/court yard is very cute and cozy. In fact I want to live in that room and have that pool everyday!

The only issue I had was I did reserve a cot and received confirmation that I would have one. But, upon arrival they did not have one for us. I was running late but, I did pay for the room in advance. I feel it should have been in the room when I got there. So, one guest had to sleep on the floor.

We stayed in the carriage house room 108, which I highly recommend. Our friends stayed in hotel part and the rooms were clean and a standard hotel room, nothing special. Our room, however, was fantastic. The shower alone was amazing. We had our own courtyard outside of our room that was for all carriage house rooms. We did spend more than standard hotel room but was so worth it. Shout out to the staff - Jessica was the sweetest. From the parking attendants to the cleaning staff to front desk they were all amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Microwaves would of been nice to have in our room but we used the one in the lobby with no problem.

Front desk very nice and helpful, valet as well, pool is big and spacious and has a lot of shaded areas, generally the hotel is very clean and nice - we loved it. The location is wonderful, 1 minute away from Bourbon street and 3 minutes from Canal St, we walked literally everywhere and it was amazing

Some rools were by the pool and I can only imagine how noisy they may be. The people at the pool were partying which is nice, but if I had stayed by the pool I would've hated it. We stayed at a high floor. Walls are very thin and you can hear everyone walking and talking in the lobby.

the pool and room were great! it was located right off bourbon but wasn’t loud at all. we were in the building for across the street from the main building and had the cutest shared courtyard, but had it all to ourselves. there was a pile of wood and a dirty empty fountain that needed cleaned though. the room had exposed brick and was very nicely decorated, however the bathroom needed work. the bathtub did not have a drain stopper and literally had a panel falling off. it looked very dirty although I think it was just stains. we had a 4:00 check in, which I thought was very late and many of the rooms weren’t even ready by then, I imagine staffing issues , but they were able to store our bags for a few hours. overall good experience for a low maintenance person like myself but I would not recommend to my parents or someone that

the bathroom. tub had jets but couldn’t use them bc no drain stopper, replace with standing shower if you don’t want people bathing , which I do understand . and there was a piece of the outside tub just sitting against it. really a full bathroom remodel and was needed because every time I washed my hands I would get soaked because it sprayed at me

My husband and I visit New Orleans at least once a year & we will definitely stay here again. The hotel was close to everything. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff was from beginning to end! Smoothest check in & check out that I've experienced thus far. Housekeeping staff was great! I wish I was better with names, the parking manager was the best! We walked in one afternoon and were visibly tired and hot and he ran and grabbed us each a bottle of water. He also recommended some great restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were nice. It's rare to find a mini fridge in the Quarter, so that was a bonus.

Honestly, everything was great. Keep doing what you're doing!
