Location was a plus...everything about our trip was wonderful (from the staff, breakfast, room, balcony and Bourbon Street)

The only part about our stay was, I was unaware that a certain type of Balcony had to be booked/requested when booking...we were wanting to book the balcony facing Bourbon Street, so we wouldn't have to leave our room....But our next trip, we will book the Bourbon Balcony

Central location, in the heat of the action. Restaurants are at within a 2 minute walk, bars, shops, the Mississippi River is 10 minutes away, Congo Square as well. If you want to enjoy all the vibes of the city nightlife, get a room on Bourbon Street. If, like me, you want to sleep before 3am, book a room with a garden/pool view. All the staff is very helpful and accommodating.

My daughter and I went South to New Orleans to get warm and enjoy the town. We hit right at the start of the historic "2025 NOLA Blizzard." No open restaurants, grocery stores, bars, museums - NOTHING was open. We stayed for 3 nights and 3 days at the hotel. My biggest comment - thank heavens for the STAFF!! Many of them were stranded at the hotel with us and they worked non-stop to make the stay pleasant. Two in particular - One = the bartender who also worked as the restaurant server, etc. Two = the cook who made the food great and would come out of the kitchen to check up on things (like hot coffee in the lobby.) The people behind the desk also were wonderful - going out of their way to keep tabs on the airport cancellations, cabs to get to the airport, etc. THANKS, FOLKS!

The weather.

Most of the staff very friendly. Room was clean. We had a nice view of the pool from balcony

The bathroom was very small. One of the female security attendants was rude

Location - you can walk to everywhere from the hotel

Location - I could not sleep on the first night. I booked a room with a balcony and view. I was put on the 5th floor, no balcony, no view just the sound of club and pub music until 2am, then party people screaming and shouting until 4am. Just when I thought I could finally sleep...the bin men arrived The rooms facing Bourbon should come with a health & Safety warning The staff kindly changed my room to the back of the hotel facing the carpark Then it was all good

Light noise wasn’t bad, and expected from where I was located.

The smell, there was a strong odor throughout the building.

Ideally situated in the heart of the French Quarter, so we were able to leave our car in the garage and get about by foot or streetcar. Very nice room with balcony overlooking Toulouse Street (though the balcony is less of a bonus than we thought because it's too hot to sit outside for long and too noisy at night - another time we'd spare ourselves the cost and get an inner room.) Comfy beds and good bathroom and facilities. Staff were reasonably helpful, but not super-friendly, and often too busy to attend quickly to our enquiries. Noisy outside at night (Hey - it's New Orleans, waddya expect?) so if you go to bed early, bring earplugs.

Air-con was set ultra low, so when we put it up to 75 the heaters came on! Otherwise all good.

The location is exceptional in the heart of the French Quarter. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

If you are sensitive to noise, request an internal facing room (this was not an issue for us, however, is worthy to mention). The hotel charges $50 for parking, which is rather high. Wifi is $15 (unless the guest is a member of the Bonvoy program. Free wifi has become a worldwide standard in hotels and I would expect a hotel of this class to provide guests with free wifi.

The staff were so friendly! Room were extremely clean, valet service was excellent. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in .

the rooms were good and the the location is excellent if you are looking to be in the heart of the French Quarter. Step put the front door right onto Bourbon Street.

the hotel food offerings are very minimal. if you want dinner you have to eat in the bar, which is small, or eat in your room. depending on your room location, you can get a lot of street noise at all hours of the night.
