Location was a plus...everything about our trip was wonderful (from the staff, breakfast, room, balcony and Bourbon Street)

The only part about our stay was, I was unaware that a certain type of Balcony had to be booked/requested when booking...we were wanting to book the balcony facing Bourbon Street, so we wouldn't have to leave our room....But our next trip, we will book the Bourbon Balcony

Central location, in the heat of the action. Restaurants are at within a 2 minute walk, bars, shops, the Mississippi River is 10 minutes away, Congo Square as well. If you want to enjoy all the vibes of the city nightlife, get a room on Bourbon Street. If, like me, you want to sleep before 3am, book a room with a garden/pool view. All the staff is very helpful and accommodating.

The staff were so friendly! Room were extremely clean, valet service was excellent. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in .

Location is great. It is right on Bourbon and you can walk everywhere you want to go. Tons of fun right out the front door. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying at Four Points. We love the balcony and getting to watch all the fun.

It is very loud if you try and go to sleep early, but it is Bourbon so that's to be expected. Be careful, we were walking in to the hotel and someone tried to steal my husbands wallet out of his back pocket, luckily we were warned about pickpockets down there and he had it secured. They took off quickly.

Bed was very comfortable, room was small but clean and we were right in the heart of everything, with a great view from our balcony.

Decided to go for the full experience and stay right on Bourbon St!! 2 nights there would have provided enough "experience"... instead, we were there for 6 nights! But the valley parking worked perfect and the Hotel did not disappoint. It was more New Orleans that we were disappointed in, and since we were so closely immersed in it, it was very hard to disguise or ignore. We expected a party atmosphere with all aspects of what that brings with it... but we did not expect so much poverty and homelessness, the filth and state of the pubs and restaurants in the French Quarter has deteriorated greatly since we were here 6 years ago. Walking back to the Hotel after listening to music on Frenchman St was very disarming, and many times we felt unsafe.

location, location, location - with a private outdoor pool! everywhere we wanted to go was with a 10 minute walk from this spot and the people watching from the balconies is quiet entertaining

as to be expected when staying in the bourbon balcony rooms, the music from the bars is super loud and even louder on the weekends - bring ear plugs!

It was an amazing Hotel , the service was superb the food was very good , the location was perfect. The staff was there to help in anyway they could . The bed was so comfortable....Loved our little balcony, that's were I drank my coffee every morning before that Hot New Orleans sun gave us a run for our money .

The only thing that wasn't just perfect was the pillows , two pillows per side of our king size bed . But the pillows were way to soft no form to them at all , I'm sure some guests like those kind of soft pillows but for me and my husband we prefer pillows with a form ....you couldn't even prop yourself up in bed to watch TV One more very small thing, the room temperature lowest setting was 68 ....which was ok , we just prefer to sleep a little cooler . But I would stay again and again , I'll just bring my pillow next time LOL

First, Valet staff were the best in the quarter, hands down, quick, professional, extremely kind and respectful. Front desk staff, again extremely friendly and respectful, very professional and thoughtful. Location was perfect. Room, we had a king balcony, great room with GREAT A/C, amazingly comfortable bed and even better pillows, the room was very clean and appointed really nice.

This will stay blank, out of all our tips to the quarter Four Points has been the best so far.

You couldn’t be more central to the French Quarter. the balcony either overlook the courtyard/pool area, or the Main Street. We opted for the courtyard. now regret as overlooking street would have been a lot more interesting, but undoubtedly noisier.Friendly staff

The hotel let itself down on its after stay service. I left an expensive item behind, but trying to get through to security was a nightmare. Kept getting put through to an answerphone, even though the receptionist said there was someone there. However after the fifth phone call, I told the receptionist I wanted to speak to the manager. guess what security answered.

Nice hotel in the middle of everything. Great pool, knowledgeable staff.

I thought the description was misleading, no restaurant, no room service lobby bar served nice breakfast until 1, and light meals 4 to close. I was also mislead about the balconies, which we had none and was also told it had the best rooftop views, it really did not and we were on the fifth floor which was as high as you can go
