Location was super close to Bourbon Street, so everything was in walking distance. Bathroom was clean and great shower pressure. Bed was comfy and warm.

We arrived close to 1:30am due to a late flight and had to wait at the locked lobby door for 20 minutes before someone let us in. Our room was in the furthest part of the building on the other side of the garage. It had a brick wall that kept the floor dusty, and the carpet felt damp all the time.. There was someone's underwear in the sink cabinet that was missed by the cleaners. Also, there was a nearby business that has a sports bar so there were loud TV broadcasts all day and night. We also hoped they would have acknowledged our anniversary with something but there was nothing. (I had requested this upon booking.)

The location and staff was very nice., it was half a block away from Bourbon street which limited the noise when we wanted to sleep

I specifically asked at check in what was the parking rate and was told 40+ dollars for my stay. When I checked my credit card billing I was billed almost $100 dollars, what an old trick to play on your customers. I called and spoke with Abby in reservations and she stated no one told me that and the price was correct, sorry she could not help me. I was floored like did she just call me a liar and say cant help you. Better communication and customer service is needed

With so many hotels in the area, it was initially hard to choose. The hotel St. Marie was exactly what I was looking for in a hotel. Location, secure parking, on-site food, pool and price point. What I got was way more. This place was exceptional! The party of the French quarter was just a half block away. Awesome! Once I was back for the night I didn't hear a thing, even though it was rocking. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. For breakfast I had the best bacon sandwich, be sure to get the pimento cheese on it. I will be staying here again.

I wish the pool stayed open later and opened earlier.

Everything about it was great, excellent coffee shop and deli. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and interactive. We will stay here again!

This hotel was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. The fact that is was very close to Bourbon street was convenient. the valet parking was a bonus as well.

I don't have any complaints about this establishment. I would stay here again and again!!

We stayed in room 600 and loved it. It was a little weird at first because the room is on the other side of the parking garage, but we liked it.

The restaurant/bar wasn’t very clean. All of the tables were empty yet they either still had dishes on them or hadn’t been wiped down. We sat at a table that needed wiped and the server/bartender brought us water and silverware yet didn’t bring a bar towel to clean the table. There were only 2 other people sitting at the bar and they closed early because it had been so slow. The server/bartender was very nice.

This property is perfect for your stay in the French Quarters! Location is perfect, you can explore the FQ as you step outside the hotel by walking, taxi! Many places to see, wonderful restaurants, including the hotel, to satisfy your appetite! The pool was a wonderful gathering place to meet new friends! The staff is always outstanding & professional, goes the extra mile!

It would be nice to have bottled water in the rooms, instead of using the vending machines!

beautiful hotel. rooms were excellent and the view was so relaxing . don’t worry about getting to the action,you’re right around the corner from it lol. the staff were so sweet and welcoming. A young lady named Sirnora checked us in . she and the manager on duty were so warm upon arrival. They overheard it was my birthday trip and had a champagne bottle sent up. The concierge was so attentive and helpful. I will always stay at Hotel whenever I visit my new home away from home (N.O)

The staff was exceptional and so accommodating! I'd highly recommend the hotel on that alone. The location was perfect for walking in the French Quarter and the rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean. Make sure if you select a street facing room you're prepared for some street noise. I stayed over the weekend and Friday night was the only night the noise effected my sleep. Was well worth it overall for the view in my opinion.

I wish the street facing balcony rooms had a refrigerator.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location great. Beds were comfy. The balcony overlooking the courtyard was a nice touch- very relaxing. The hotel is updated but with the classic charm of an old hotel in the Quarter. It was conveniently located next to lots of great restaurants and art galleries, but not so close to Bourbon Street that it was too loud. Thanks, Brandon, Aline, Paul and Lonny for your hospitality!

Not a dealbreaker, just be aware that the bathroom is small- hard to navigate around the door. Doorstop on floor was in an inconvenient spot. Do a little planning in advance if you are driving and parking there as it can be tricky to drive in the French Quarter, especially at night.
