I was initially put on a room on the first floor and I did not like that room. Old and stuff was broken, for instance the bed post was broken and part of it was in the closet. Bathroom had cracks and holes in the ceiling and musty smell. I called the front desk next morning and ask to be put in another room and they upgraded me to a better room. Much better. It was 2 floors and lots of windows etc.

The initial room I was put in was old, musty and broken furniture and cracks in the ceiling of the bathroom. If they did not change the room I would have left and changed hotels.

Location was great...the space was spacious, beautiful and very clean....the staff were friendly, responsive and helpful.

One of our requirements for accommodations was a kitchen. This beautiful suite had a perfect kitchen with the exception of disposable cups, plates, and cutlery! That was so shocking and incongruous with the rest of the place. We were there for a week and we like to cook... so we ate out many meals and cooked some meals in the suite. It is very underwhelming to use disposable items.

Really great location! Close to the French Quarter but also quiet at night. Close to little markets, pizza and a ton of food so you really can't go hungry, lol. I liked that they kept the hotel key while we were out and that you had to be buzzed into the hotel so it felt safe and secure. The tower apartment suite we stayed in was super large and very clean stocked with everything you might need (disposable glasses and plates). Loved the mini bottle waters they provided as we were so thirsty when we arrived and hadn't gotten to a market yet to get supplies for our week stay. There were plenty of towels which they would change out (make sure to check the bathroom cabinet for even more towels). Towels were much needed after my tweens would go swimming/hot tubing so that was very nice. There were 4 beds in the suite so the 4 of us each got our own bed which was really nice. We all slept good too and lots of pillows. Loved that they would make up your room everyday if you asked, some days we didn't want it made up. Friendly staff. Property was pretty quiet no hustle and bustle of a big hotel so that was very nice. We didn't come across other guests too often even when we used the pool. And even though there was no elevators, I thought they were doing me an exercise favor... climbing stairs so I could burn off the ton of food I ate, lol. They let us store our luggage with them on our last day as our flight didn't leave until the evening so that was really cool not to have lug all that around. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Really nothing to report on our end.

The condo kept the rustic feel of the French Quarter and was very well kept and very clean with the necessary modern updates (fridge, oven, microwave). We stayed in the middle of summer during a heatwave so we ended up using the pool more than I thought we would. The staff were friendly and helpful to any information that we needed. Champagne and James at the front desk were awesome. I learned a lot from them about the area and they were fun to talk to. I will be staying here again the next time I visit NOLA.

Any issues that I have from my stay were not a result of Grenoble House. They were with the French Quarter. Staying there during a heat wave amplified the negative aspects of the area.

Grenoble House is New Orleans best kept secret A stone’s throw from Bourbon Street,it is an oasis of calm and peace when you need a break from all that jazz. Front of house staff Champagne and the two James” are very helpful and knowledgable in relation to recommendations for restaurants and interesting activities to do in New Orleans. We had great chats and some good laughs. Thanks guys.

Spiral staircase in the upstairs rooms may be an issue for some. It didn’t bother us.

Everything was awesome. Starting from the location … one block from Bourbon Street with its bars, music venues and restaurants … but completely quiet when one decides to retire from the nightlife. Beautiful suites with large living room, large bed room, kitchenette … the works. Large common space with a (smallish) pool. Very welcoming homely service

Everything was awesome

Very spacious room with cooking facilities, and we even had a walk-in closet. Excellent air conditioning and decent shower/bathroom. Location is perfect for the French Quarter - very close but we were never kept up at night by any noise.

The toilet had a problem in that sometimes it would flush and sometimes it wouldn’t, and you would have to wait 10 mins for it to fill up again - old plumbing.

Very friendly and fun hotel staff, great location - close enough to walk everywhere but far enough for a quiet night I liked that you leave the key in the hotel when going out Also loved the pool/courtyard area

Getting through a few of the small doors with heavy and bigger luggage was a bit tricky sometimes. But, you could probably open the other side, too, if necessary, just takes a little more time

We stayed in the king suite and it was absolutely beautiful!!! One street away from Bourbon street and a short walk to everywhere. Full apartment complete with full kitchen! Wish there was a washer/dryer on premises for guests, but I really have no complaints! Pool was still open in October with the hot tub. I would recommend this little gem to everyone!!!

Wish the there was a washer/dryer on premises for guests.

The location was great! It was just a few blocks from all the happenings in the French Quarter. I loved that I didn’t have to carry a key or card around. The staff was friendly and made good recommendations on local eateries. They even called us a cab back to the airport. Definitely would stay again.

I didn’t like the spiral staircase in the room, but it is not a deal breaker. It was just inconvenient when you needed to use the bathroom.
