It was close to the river. It was very clean and I felt safe there. Room was spacious and comfy. Convenient to parking and food. The check out lady was so nice!
This was the most difficult check in ever. I've been using booking.com for years without a hitch. This guy could not find my booking. Tried to give him my confirmation number and he said that was not his number and I would have to contact Booking.com. it took him about 15 minutes but he finally found me. He said my name was spelled wrong. It's never been wrong before. Then changed the booking out of my name and into my husbands. My husband drives and I handle all the other stuff. No big deal, just odd. And the hotel had a scent to it that bothered my asthma. Heavy dryer sheet smell.

Loved the location and the view. The bathroom set up was also very nice.
The first morning I got the best cup of coffee from the on-site coffee shop. It was very disappointing that the coffee shop did not open the next two mornings despite a sign that said “We will be right back.” Had to leave the hotel to find coffee.

The location was great!!! At first I hated our room. Things were broken Very old and not well maintained. The things that were broken were eventually fixed and the view was wonderful. After a while I learned to love our room. My Family loved the hotel and would stay there again.
Every time we entered the Casino, even to pass thru we had to show ID and Vaccination Card. As a hotel guest we should have been given a wrist band to flash and have access without having to show ID each time.

Location and the valet, greeting staff were always helpful and friendly and ready to help.
The staff during check in and check out were not friendly. Seemed like robots with no smile or social skills. Check out staff was very rude.

Excellent river view from the window. All of the front of house staff were brilliant. There was plenty of parking and very conveniently located. Whist there isn't breakfast available then 'Mother's' on the other side of the street is highly recommended.
Breakfast on site would have been ideal.

The rooms were very nice but you could tell the room had not been thoroughly cleaned due to the amount of dust on furniture—especially in the bathroom.

The conceriege was friendly and informative - checking in and out (2 different ladies). Room service was extremely helpful and anytime I had a question - it was answered promptly.
The hallways on the fifth floor near room 504 needed vacuuming. The bathroom needed an extra cleaning b4 we got there. Found a few hairs in the tub. We survived - so all is good 😊.
