This is in a great location in New orleans, down the street for bourbon street but far enough away where the traffic and noise aren't an issue. The house is bigger than what it seems in the pictures. There were plenty of towels and ac is the house worked well. It is a beautiful house. The property felt safe and the hot tub was fun. We also enjoyed sitting outside. The owner was super helpful and responsive when we left something in the property after checkout.

The water pressure is bad, we had to bring a cup into the shower. We did wish there was a baking sheet, extra trash bags, and a bit of nicer storage for the dishes.

I love that there was a gate so you feel like all your things are safe and very private!

we were a bigger group so more towels and wash rags would have been nice but there was a couple provided.

Great location walked to Bourbon St & surrounding attractions. Very nice room spacious & the shower was great.

There was no ironing board. And the TV remote didn't work.

It was when we got lockrd out the room till morning.

Didn’t have breakfast ; great neighborhood breakfast spots nearby. Great access to French Quarter. Housekeeper very helpful. She and manager were helpful to stay on for a day when one of us had car trouble. Very nice gardens and courtyards.

Would have appreciated being able to contact management prior to trip. Not able to talk with anyone, but fully prepaid.

Nice location and courtyard. Overall pretty quiet. Other guests were nice. Good walkability.

Our code they provided to get into the property and into our room stopped working randomly on the last night and no one answered any of our calls, texts, or emails to help. And no one ever followed up with us about this! We were left outside stranded in the cold with no support or apologies. Very poor experience. There’s no staff whatsoever on the property at any time, either, so you’re SOL if you need assistance with anything. Also, the beds were not comfortable at all, but other than that our room had what we needed.

The towels. Bookings should remove this venue or change the discription, and most certainly the price point. In fact this venue has left me to believe bookings is not a service I should trust

The room was tiny with furniture too large. The window next to the bed had no privacy blinds. It was not clean. The bed was not comfortable. There was an odd armoire with some hooks and broken hangers for your cloths. There was only a single high back chair. We left after one miserable night, and found a spacious, clean, efficiency room for less per night! Shame on you bookings for this type of deception

The location was good

The photos were misleading, we thought there would be more rooms and bathrooms. We were traveling 7 people and there only was one bathroom in the middle of the apartment and two rooms on either side (with two beds in each) There was no privacy and the lock on the bathroom was not working. Moreover, it was very cold in one room and at the same time very warm in the other so the heating was not working as it should. We all slept badly. Also the place was not very clean and the kitchen was barely a kitchen with dirty glasses and kitchenware.
