The decor of the apartment was beautiful. It was very retro and very nice to look at, not to mention everything was stocked from dishes to soap, sponges, and other useful items. It made for an easy time cleaning up, and a comfortable trip.

The mechanical aspects of the building weren't up to snuff. We got stuck in the elevator the 2nd time we used it, the fan in two of the rooms was mounted poorly, causing them to make a lot of noise when on, and the front door number pad broke, requiring someone to come out and fix the issue so that people didn't get locked out like we did.

This was an excellent place to stay. It is close to the French Quarter and an easy walk to the RTA stops. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the conveniences, such as full-size refrigerator, oven, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The staff was very responsive and always friendly. The contactless service and keyless entry was the best. I will definitely stay at a Sonder again.

There was very little to dislike. A few minor suggestions, a cookie sheet and a few comfortable chairs in the living room, but other than that the place was amazing.

Very good location, very clean room, very comprehensive facilities, and even a complete set of kitchen utensils, which exceeded my expectations.

It was a little noisy at night due to its proximity to the road. The bathroom is not comfortable enough, the water flow of shower head is a little bit small.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! The location was great and the nearby Pythian Market was a bonus. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were lovely and the living area was spacious and cozy. I called the Customer Service line for early check in as there was a heat wave in New Orleans and they were so helpful. I could access the apartment for a fee of $25 which was reasonable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for families.

Location, apartment layout, door codes, cleanliness

All the bathroom doors were difficult to open and close (got stuck and made a loud noise every time we opened/ closed it). No fan in the bathrooms.

Great location and room was perfect size for all of us. Easy walk to many restaurants and things in downtown.

Trouble finding extra bedding like blankets or pillows. There were also a few times when people outside would sit outside of the window of the building and talk on the phone.

perfect location. we were in town for the Bengals vs. Saints game. Short walk to Stadium and Bourbon Street.

Floor was dirty. I was suppose to get an early check in. Got an email confirming it. Arrived at 1 and had to wait until 4 to get in because code wouldn’t work.

room setup and facilities were good easy access with the code, no key necessary

the door in the bathroom was broken. there was no blanked for the sleeping-sofa. the sleeping-sofa was broken on one end, so it wasn’t a flat surface anymore.

I reserved the 5 bedroom 3 bath. It was perfect for our group. And even though check in is contactless whenever I had a question they responded quickly through the app. The service was awesome. The location was about a 12 minute walk to most places. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Would most definitely stay there again.

when the shower was turned on in the guest bathroom, there was a sulphur smell for about a minute. the wifi was terrible.
