Very close to the French quarter while being in a quiet street and area, welcoming staff, interior design with character and in line with the city vibe, rooftop area great for a drink or to relax with a good book.

My room was on the ground floor and very humid which is not surprising given the city geography and local climate conditions. This issue is fixable to an extent thanks to the efficient air conditioning units fitted in each room. I assume rooms on the upper floors have lower humidity levels.

this was a super cool property. the rooms were very industrials. if you are looking for authentic New Orleans this maybe isn’t the place. but the location was fab, we found it very easy to get around and the room was comfortable!

the staff were very hands off, we had a couple of issues , when we arrived the toliet was blocked and we were f given a plunger to sort the issue ourselves which we didn’t mind but may be an issue for others

The people in the place, the decor and vibe, the bar and its controls de. Location is good easy and safe to get around

location.Needs an upgrade in the infrastructure, one night the AC was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep, the second night the shower in the bathroom had no pressure (nothing) impossible to bathe.

Great centralized location made walking around the city a blast! We were able to walk to the Fillmore, the French Quarter, and the French Market easily! The rooftop and balconies were a great experience, too! Our bartender was wonderful and had a lot of great tips for hidden gem restaurants and bars in the area.

There weren’t any breakfast options like we’d anticipated. Something about construction in the typical area that would be held in.

Small, unique style hotel is well maintained and cozy. Art work throughout the hotel spaces, courtyard and rooftop areas, music in the lobby and other details are a very nice addition to usual hotel services. Location is a huge plus. And it is pet friendly - another huge plus.

Understanding that the building is old, unique, stylish and not easy to renovate, we would still expect that doors and windows shut more properly (to stop the heat, winds (in winter), smells, noises etc.)

Selina Catahoula was just a short 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street. I enjoyed the on site restaurant, the courtyard and rooftop seating. The staff was great and very helpful.

It is definitely a minimalist set up with you not intended to stay in your room but to sleep. The bedding and mattress was dirty and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

An eclectic boutique hotel with an essence which exceeds its price tag. Close enough to Bourbon Street to throw down a party gauntlet for even the most resistant client, but a quiet peaceful street for the more contemplative customer. A delightful hotel

The staff was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. It was very small and intimate. The shower is directly in the room, which I loved because it was something different. However, might be something to consider depending on what group you are traveling with.

There was no full size mirror in our room. I think that is the only thing I would change.

Loved the atmosphere and the roof deck. Overall very comfy. Staff were very friendly! Location is very good as well. And our room had a balcony.

The shower has very low water pressure. The cafe downstairs and the rooftop bar were both closed fro our entire stay. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed sitting on the roof deck.

The breakfast was not sufficient. I paid for a room to include breakfast, and the first morning, there was no breakfast. They reimbursed me some money for it, but nonetheless, they did not have breakfast - they said due to staff not being there.
