Privacy in cottage couldn’t see water but for 4 Adults worked well. We really enjoyed a nice day at the stunning beach, weather was fab might have been a different story if had rained all day. Great place to lose yourself for a couple of days. Very quiet, relaxed setting.

That you could not access beach after 7:00 if staying across street. My request for missing items was ignored or missed not a huge deal but I should have been more persistent.

staff were friendly. Housekeepers did a wonderful job keeping the room clean.this was my second visit. This stay was for a weekend spent with my son for Mother's Day weekend. His first time here. he loved the amenities. no words for the beach front location incredible.my career is stressful. this is exactly what was needed. everything was wonderful !!!!!

The attention to detail was impeccable. The staff was available everytime we needed. The cottage was more spacious than anticipated and really felt homey.

There was a situation with the heating which prevented us from sleeping the first night. It was only 65 degrees. This was however addressed in the morning by bringing us space heaters and convinced us to stay an extra night.

Breakfast was wonderful. They bought a mystery basket with a thermos of fresh coffee. And a variety of sweets. All healthy choices for two.

There was a window in our room that bothered us. It bought light into our room at night. It was covered with a curtain but I think they could make it better.

The location of the cottages / rooms are amazing - right on the beach. The breakfast basket to your room was great and varied each day. My children loved the bikes and the hot tubs! and the rooms were a good size and very clean and well kept

The weather wasn't great for us and there isn't much to do on the island if you can't hang out on the beach

The Blue Inn was one of the loveliest hotels we've ever stayed in, and we hope to return! First, the inn is on the beach, and our king suite on the 3rd floor had a phenomenal view. Next, the entire place was immaculate, and the breakfast (brought in a bag and left outside our door by 8:30 every morning) was wonderful (an egg dish such as egg salad, hardboiled egg with tomato and feta, etc., a fresh pastry such as a muffin, croissant or scone, and another protein with fruit such as a yogurt parfait, chia pudding, or raspberry sorbet). Finally, the staff truly was exceptional--friendly, helpful, and incredibly kind. Knowing that we were celebrating our 25th anniversary, Kara left us delicious, homemade chocolate-dipped strawberries in our fridge. When workers repairing the AC in another unit were on the rood before 7 AM, and one of my breakfasts arrived minus a dietary restriction, Tyler left us a gift card for a local shop. These kinds of touches made the service outstanding. All of the staff were fabulous; if a new towel was needed, someone would arrive with one (in a bag) within 5 minutes. The beach is beautiful, and that coupled with the incredible hospitality made our 25th anniversary one to remember!

The only suggestion I have is to make certain that any workers wait until at least 8 AM before beginning work if it is noisy, such as on the roof.

the location is stunning - right on the beach, you can watch sunrise & sunset from your bed. very friendly staff and fantastic communication

nothing really - a kettle would have been handy breakfast was ok but wasn’t always to our taste

Our stay was exceptional! Suzanne from reception was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and one of the best we've ever had. Will absolutely be back!

Right on the beach ! Location is spectacular! very comfortable room- we liked the bed and the great water pressure

no electrical outlet in bathroom- odd location of other outlets and not very many

The location was amazing. directly on the beach..accommodations beautiful and very comfortable. a carafe of fresh brewed coffee and basket of delicious breakfast goodies delivered to your door every morning . our stay was perfect!
