All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Fresh water was always on hand with fruit slices. Bar ambiance was cozy. Walking distance to downtown.

The patio was not available to just sit out and read or relax during the day in the shade or the evening to the guests, unless you were ordering food. This would have been nice for the rooms without a balcony to enjoy, as the rooftop was usually packed and too sunny to just sit out.

This is a beautiful hotel on the water with a nautical decor. Two fireplaces; one in the lobby and one in the bar area just outside the lobby. Outdoor seating for lunch and dinner on a beautiful deck right on the beach! Weather permitting but a fire pit is going all year to step out from the bar and get some fresh ocean air! There is a great restaurant there as well with ocean views. The rooms are clean and new with crisp sheets and ocean vibe design. It’s a local hotel for and I go often to just have a drink by fireplace! I call it my happy place!

Locations over looking the water was breathe taking !! The Beauport Hotel is close enough to walk to shops and restuarnts in the area . Or take a shuttle from the hotel whethe to drop you off or pick you up .The food was fanastic the employees.go beyond to make your stay unforgetable! It was a great place to celebrate our 30th Anniversary that we will treasure and visit for many years to come !!

There wasnt a thing we did not dislike about Beauport Hotel !!

View was ocean and lovely. The restuarant is on the water views every where and the offer blankets if you have a chill. The setting is amazing all the way to the seating to the china. The best vacation all summer. I love the free personal driver where you need to go and they pick you up too. Walking distance to stores, restrauarnts try The Two Sisters breakfast spot home made bread daily.

I wish I had more time there.

Most staff was fantastic. Rooms were great and rooftop was special.

Had requested early check-in. Was not promised and that was okay. But when I checked in person, the clerk was short and dismissive and offered no way for me to proceed (will call when ready, etc.) Was squeezed out of the rooftop bar by a birthday party that moved in on us. Would not have minded if we had been acknowledged. Should have been handled by bartender. Perhaps a free cocktail. Thought a parking charge was ridiculous. With the prices charged, "free" parking would make us feel better.

We had a room with an ocean room that was great. The service staff and the maids on our floor were terrific. We stayed on the 3rd floor. We also loved the taxi service supplied by the hotel to our restaurant roundtrip. That was so nice not to have to drive the car to the restaurant.

We didn't like the fact that we were charged for parking. We thought it should be free and complimentary by the hotel.

everything. From attentive staff (the manager Bob saw us on the deck and came out to offer us binoculars) to small details (blankets to grab when sitting by the fire pit when brisk) to lovely facilities to the BEST food on our entire coastal trip (try the mussel appetizer - amazing). we are already planning our return. Love this hotel!!!

View was excellent- room was large- company was great-had a great time- fire place, our meals at the restaurant were delicious, nice large shower, everything clean, beautiful pool and hot tub; quiet; additional layer of safety as you needed your room key to get to the roof, and your floor.

Toilet ran on occasion and had to jiggle handle, quality of television was horrible first night- but next day fine, they charge for parking but only $10.00; one ply toilet paper- must be left over from Covid stock; when booking hotel room it represented a balcony, which we did not get. Otherwise a really nice place.

It was beautiful, and it was conveniently located to attractions. The food at the restaurant was amazing.

I wished that the pool was available for the whole family, kids as well as adults. It was a downside that it was only 21+

Outside deck with fire pit was lovely. Nice salad for dinner on the deck. Bathroom was updated and very clean. Nice bathrobes provided

Room overlooked ugly industrial parking lot. Noises (mostly just people talking) hallway were noticeable in the room.
