The most important thing for me in hotel is clean room. I'm the kind of person who comes with bleach I kid you not ( I clean the bathroom before using it) the hotel is very clean, the staff are very nice and the location is good. I only spend two nights ( we came specially for the Brimfield plea market)

The only thing I didn't like was the hotel resturant's menu not a lot of options and this town (and the area around it) doesn't have good restaurants.

Everything was exceptional except the restaurant.

My wife and I were the first ones to order from the restaurant when it opened. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food. When I got my steak it was burnt to a crisp. I didn't feel like waiting another 47 minutes for another steak so I just sucked it up and ate it. We asked for refills on our drinks and it took 15 minutes for them to bring over 2 Pepsi's while she was chit chatting with her co-worker. It was not work related as we could hear their conversation. We will not be eating at their restaurant again.

I come here for the pool and hot tub. Very relaxing place. I’ve stayed here a few times and it is one of my favorite places to stay. Shower was nice and hot. Only wish they had a complimentary breakfast.

Can’t use pool at certain times as loud young kids run around and with high ceilings it’s not fun on the ears listening to screaming kids. Pool should have life guard supervision to control the out of control children.

Room was big, mini fridge in room. Big bathroom. STAFF WERE AMAZING. Asked for a late checkout with no issues. Super friendly and helpful. My boyfriend lost a key and they gave us one without charge. Pool and hot tub were great. Theres a bar and the bar staff were also amazing. Pool tables. Food was amazing

Wish breakfast was included in stay but its okay. Microwave was where the ice machine was. Really thats it.

Very nice room clean and comfortable the view of the green with the Christmas decorations/ lights beckoned to a time of small town America in a simpler time! the pool was wonderful and quite relaxing. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the decor was upscale and inviting,the hotel offers itself as a very high-end venue with a very reasonable price point! Our only regret is that we had not discovered it sooner!

Breakfast was the only local option. The variety was decent but nothing special for the price.

The young lady at the desk was really nice and helpful! Our room was big and the beds were comfortable! They had pool tables, dart boards, a gym, basketball courts which we enjoyed almost every night! The pool and hot tub was an added bonus! The hotels lobby was huge! I would stay here again if I ever came back to Massachusetts!

The location was a disappointment! There wasn't really anything in the town! On our first night we just got into the pool maybe 15 minutes and we had to leave because of "mechanical issues" which is understandable but my son was disappointed! There wasn't no microwave in the room but we had one across the hallway. Two of my pillowcases had brown stains on the side of it but otherwise it was a clean room! Unfortunately their wasn't no breakfast offered during the week day! Due to staffing issues the restaurant was closed but was only open Friday and Saturday! Our do not disturb sign was taken off our door in the middle of the night never did find it! Otherwise just small stuff but overall was a good stay!

Not just the room but the whole place was excellent, well run and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and you had what I needed: wifi, refrigerator, good bathroom, etc.

Regarding my arrival to the whole complex: I arrived at night in the dark (without GPS) so the only lit-up sign was half covered with hedge growth. All I could read was "Southbridge" and I drove past the whole place. It took me a while to double back and find it. Next day I looked and could see that the lower half of the sign covered up reads: "Hotel & Conference Center." So, for any future people like me, it would be helpful for that hedge to be trimmed.

Good size pool restaurant food was tasty. good size room beds comfortable

Road noise early am. When we checked in after 4pm the dirty laundry still piled ouside rooms on 2nd floor that we had to pass by to get to our room. Did not give a good impression as it was many many rooms we passed that had trash bags and dirty laundry outside

Easy access, beautiful grounds, hotel was spacious and clean. Loved the large windows.

Lacking microwave, noise level in hallways as clusters of kids travelled through! We came to realize there was school vacation! Doors slamming shut were jarring annd excessively loud! Having said that, the hotel quieted at 10:30 which allowed for a good sleep for some weary travelers!

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a nice patio area which we enjoyed very much. Very gorgeous lobby. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. We were also provided with a roll-away bed for our toddler.

The parking isn't that great, we had to walk approximately 100+ yards to get to the lobby, and that was with a good spot. The pool area didn't seem as it's kept up with, it just felt dirty. They offer a breakfast buffet, but at $17.50 per person. Which is very steep if you have kids.
