I was very happy with Vida Boutique Inn. The room was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast very good, and the staff friendly and helpful. Gus really went the extra mile to resolve any problems and ensure that I had everything I needed. I was there for a week and enjoyed every minute of it! I highly recommend this place and will keep it in mind for future travel.

My room had an external bathroom, but this was mentioned on the site when I booked. The facilities were clean and modern, so it was fine.

An absolutely stunning property, from every possible angle. Gorgeous and comfortable porch, beautiful entryway, dining room, living room, and workspace. Beautifully appointed — I took a tour and looked at every single one — and each was absolutely pristine.  A fine and attentive, young gentleman, Gus, greeted me upon arrival in assisted me with my bags. After some nice cold water, I got a tour of the spaces and settled into my gigantic and cozy king size room with a gorgeous green tiled fireplace. My room was quiet and cozy, beautifully decorated, and I had everything I needed for a two night stay. I was so thrilled not to be in a standard Marriott, or some such a Hotel and instead was able to see a pretty neighborhood and capture a bit of that famous New England hospitality. The hotel was close to the DCU center where we had a symposium, as well as many find restaurants, including the Mercantile and Ruth’s Chris Steak House. My team members and I were able to recap our meetings on the porch and just happen to catch the full blue moon rising. What a great experience. We all can’t wait to come back next year!

Vida Boutique is exceptionally well staffed and managed. The Inn itself is spotless, well appointed, and a short walk from several casual and interesting restaurants and local shops. But the willingness of the owners to accommodate unexpected situations really stands out. We had reserved a 2 night stay but needed to extend when my husband threw out his back. The Inn not only accommodated our situation, but helped us access medical advice. We observed the owners accommodate other travelers with similar kindness and sensitivity.

I would have loved for Sophie the cat to be able to wander through the entire Inn! (But I do understand that some visitors might not be similarly enthusiastic about cats.)

The host is very friendly and the accommodations are truly lovely and up-to-date. Charming is probably the best word to describe it. I liked that our family-sized room had an en suite bathroom, though it looked like not all the rooms do. My husband said the dining room looked, "like it was out of a magazine." Breakfast was continental, but with the added nicety of scrambled eggs offered freshly made and nicely seasoned. Also, there's good free parking and Wifi. All in all, we loved our stay here!

The air conditioning is an in-window unit that does a perfect job of keeping the room cool in the heat; however, it is a little loud so if guests are very light sleepers, this may irritate them. Also, it's a beautiful grand old house, so it doesn't have an elevator and accommodations are up at least one or two flights of stairs, so not accessible for those with mobility concerns. Our room did not have a TV, and I was totally fine with that, but the kiddo was disappointed.

Vida is an exceptional B&B for the cost. Gus was an excellent host, and very lovely for letting me store my food in the refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable for my very picky body, and the breakfast was very good. A quiche was served with meat and the host kindly made me scrambled eggs instead, which were delicious. Breakfast was at a dining table with other guests, and I found the experience to be very nice. This was a very comfortable and I will absolutely stay here again in the future. The furnishing were outstanding. Everything was excellent quality. You can see they take great care in presenting an excellent bed and breakfast.

There was no bathroom connected to my room. This is not the case for most rooms, which have their own bathrooms. My bathroom was in the hallway and meant to be private for my use only, and as far as I know, nobody used it, but nothing prevents other guests from doing so, apart from instructions not to. It also meant I couldn't use it without going in the hallway and had to be prepared to see other guests. I only stayed one night, so it was fine, but I would not have been comfortable for a longer stay with that setup.

House is gorgeous; king room bright. Well appointed, comfortable, clean and ample bathroom. Good sound proofing. Wifi strong. Very effective keypad security system at front and room doors. House has a cat. We like cats. Those allergic may want to know.

Staff disappeared for Sunday breakfast - none served though promised and included in high price. Off street parking limited. Old house meant odd collection of floor power cords. Stairs only. Bedside lamps dim - atmospheric rather than practical.

The Inn is beautiful. It was decorated for the holiday season. I really liked room #4. The room has its own bathroom/tub with a lift off shower head (wish all hotels had these!)

The breakfast was nice. I purposely choose the Inn to stay due to the other reviews that the breakfast was “Amazing”. I was expecting more like the Inn to have choice of eggs, waffle/pancake, maybe quiche. However, there the only hot/warm item was quiche. if you are not a fan of quiche there was some cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, pound cake, zucchini bread, toast, fruit. So I did feel “let down” about breakfast.

Delicious breakfast and very charming, attentive hosts. We stayed in the famil-sized room and had a restful sleep. It was perfect for our family's one-night stay. I will return again in the future. Highly recommend.

The air conditioning unit was very loud and didn't cool the attic room effectively. This room was a tight fit for our family of four. The slanted ceiling made it so we had to duck our heads down to walk around the room. It was still a lovely stay, though it was pricely.

This lovingly restored Victorian home could easily be featured in House Beautiful magazine. Its chic modern french cottage-style decor was welcoming and elegant. The continental breakfast included homemade zucchini bread that was award-worthy, fresh berries, an assortment of baked treats, fresh fruit, fluffy scrambled eggs by request, coffee bar, and carafes of fresh juices. The table was set beautifully. The host was charming, warm, friendly, and accommodating. An absolutely wonderful B&B experience. Exceeded all expectations.

When the surrounding area of that section of Worcester catches up to the beautiful renovations made by the owners of the Vida Boutique Inn, this B&B will have even MORE to offer guests unfamiliar with the area. They have created a true haven here that I would highly recommend to any traveler.

This beautiful B&B was lovingly restored and appointed. Serene and inviting. The proprietor, Gus, was very attentive and warm. The rooms were spacious and light filled with super comfy beds and very clean! Breakfast included was delicious and Gus made us fresh farm eggs with herbs. Don't miss the zucchini bread! Good restaurants easily accessible a mile or 2 away.
