I was not sure what to expect. The online ratings were a little intimidating. We were very happy with what we got. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good.

I think my only complaint and this is any hotel I have ever stayed at is that you have a reservation for 4 people and you only put 2 washcloths, hand towels and bath towels. Why? The only other thing that could have been better were the pillows. 2 queen beds in the room again 4 people 3 pillows per bed. That being said when we asked for towels and washcloths they got us more. We did not ask for additional pillows but I am sure if we did they would have gave them to us.

Property was close to the highway and was relatively newer in the lobby. There were also a lot of nearby amenities like Dunkin or places to eat while staying there. The staff when we checked in was extremely nice and so was the person on the phone when we initially called in. Breakfast was available in the morning and they had a decent selection of items.

The room was OK. It appeared “clean,” but didn’t exactly feel as clean as it should. Presentation was ok, but the bathroom didn’t smell of cleaner like usual, the bed linens were ok, and the room had some “damage” looking stuff like the bottom of the door, the bathtub looked ok, but it definitely could have been cleaner in there - it just didn’t feel like an actual hotel service came through.

Room was very clean, looked like it was recently renovated. Refrigerator was new, microwave was new, kuerig was new. Bed was clean and comfortable. Also had iron and ironing board also a hair dryer, did not need these, but they also were new.

The bathtub/shower drained very slowly, not a major inconvenience. Breakfast buffet was pretty basic, but the food was tasty. Wasnt thrilled with the coffee. But there is a Dunkin across the street.

The bed was great, very cozy. Pretty new looking. Room was clean and the staff friendly. It's close to some great restaurants and Old Sturbridge Village.

Staff didn't communicate the breakfast hours well so my kids missed breakfast the 2nd day. They are stingy on soap. Had to ask for a bar for the sink after using the 1 in the shower. People were super load every AM.

Good breakfast, with scrambled eggs and sausage, yogurt and fruit. Comfortable room with a good size fridge, microwave and good coffee machine.

Our only complaint was the shower switch was broken. They did rig it to work temporarily and allowed me to shower in an adjacent room while fixing it.

The location was convenient for our visit to Brimfield. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and quiet even though it was near the road.

We had to request fresh towels during our stay and put our trash in the hall for pick up but did not receive a new bag.

Very clean, beds were super comfortable. Excellent location for the wedding we were going to.

The pillows were very small in the bed, felt like travel pillows. That's the only thing that they could really improve on. Also we were getting ready for a wedding and the bathroom was very small to do that. No counter space. Otherwise it would be ok

It was nice having a free breakfast, it would have been nice to have a different meat each morning. The front desk lady mentioned there would be a rotation of meats but each morning we went for breakfast it was the same each morning.

Everything was fabulous except that there was a party going on that was so loud I count get to sleep until after 2 am and was very tired the next day. I loved the hotel and staff and would stay there again.

Staff could have asked rowdy partners to keep it quiet or end at a more reasonable hour. I was kept up until 2am because of a loud party above me.

Staff at front desk could been more attentive, instead of looking/talking on their cell phones.
