I love that the shuttle ran often to take me to the Mayo Clinic and how friendly and helpful the staff was. My bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Having the refrigerator and microwave in the room made it very convenient to store and heat up meals. I'm going back for my third visit to the Clinic and will stay here for my third time

My room this time had several broken pieces around the entertainment center that was more than the usual wear and tear I saw in my last room.

Clean and quiet (see below for outside noise) , kitchenette had dishes (no pots or pans). Breakfast reasonable with coffee, cereal, yogurt, waffles and eggs. It's an older facility so there is some wear on carpets, but it's all clean and well taken care of. Back/emergency staircase clean too, which is not often the case. Card keys worked, wifi worked (a little slow at times), grass cleanly mowed in the yard. For the price, it's a great find.

There is some noise from the road even though it's not right in front of the windows, and a few trains go by every day. - Not much that can be done, I'm sure all other hotels are the same. GuestHouse is only 3 stories, being way higher (somewhere else) may be quieter.

There were two queen size beds in the room. They were pretty comfortable. There was also a comfortable stressless chair. Heating was provided by a heater. The bathroom was clean. Toiletries were provided. There was also a tiny kitchen and utensils. There was also a microwave and coffee maker. There was a large refrigerator. The TV in the room was big.

One of the towels was dirty. Also, the inside of the tub did not look very clean and was clogged. Although there were many drawers in the room, there was no actual closet. There was only the hanger. Also, the coffee machine was not working well. Slippers were not provided.

Great value. Had a suite with 2 queens. Very spacious. Only stayed one night, but plenty of room and amenities for an extended stay. Kitchenette had pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and utensils. Also, the refrigerator was a nice larger size and the room had a very comfortable recliner as a seating option. Breakfast included, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and make your own waffles as well as yogurt, fruit and cereal.

Carpet in room could use a shampoo.

Front desk staff 3-11 shift ( women with lots of body facial piercings sorry can remember her name) told me she wasn’t going to deal with me I simply asking if the adjoining room would be available the night of 10/11 so that our family 3 adults/2grandkids could be next to us. Our 32you old son was at Mayo for serious cancer operation almost checked out at went to another hotel . The desk attendant should find a different job. Was she under the influence of something I have in the hospitality industry for 45 years most recently in a four star / four diamond 50 million dollar property in Wisconsin and never did our staff treat anyone that badly. On a positive note there were some special needs housekeepers that were outstanding’ Paul m Reynolds

Didn’t have breakfast

The two things that I noticed that I wasn’t fond of the card reader in the door with two different cards, took several tries to open the door. Usually that’s not the case with most motels. Also, the faucet on the tub was terrible. You Figuratively had to opened it up with vise grip to use it! I have strong hands and after I was done, you literally the opposite way to shut it off so it wasn’t leaking and had a musty smell in the bathroom but the rooms are clean. The beds were great. The location is terrific because there’s restaurants all around it within walking distance. parking was great.

I have stayed at this facility several times and find the staff very helpful and the facilities clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for going to the Mayo Clinic. They have a free shuttle service to and from the Mayo facilities. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Hospital. The hotel has a very good breakfast which is free.

The hotel is a lityle dated but very clean and comfortable.

The young lady at the front desk (Tari) was wonderful. Very courteous and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean but could have been a little better. Why are the toilets installed at an angle? Weird. Breakfast was sufficient. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

The pool looked cloudy. The advertised "hot breakfast" was only hot if you heated up your bagel or made your own waffle. No eggs or sausage but that is fine, it was still good. Water pressure in the shower was lacking a little but still, it was okay. We enjoyed our stay

Very clean common areas: stairways, elevators, hallways, breakfast area-roomy room, lighting options, easy-to-use coffee maker, microwave-televison carried wide variety of channels-Internet was steady and abundant- in-room coffee was excellent-liked the opt-in for housekeeping vs. the "do not disturb" sign -well located across from an excellent grocery store, easy 15 minute walk to Mayo Clinic area-room darkening curtains that work! I am already booked to stay here again.

Traffic noise, but it was the trade off of being near the highways. Not something they can do anything about. Interior of the hotel was quiet, no bleed over noise from other rooms

the trip was for a surgery at Mayo Clinic and the ease to and from and location of the hotel was great

starting to show its age. the lock on our room door didn’t work all the time so had trouble getting in. the maintenance man came and it worked for him once then I tried and he said I was standing to far off to the side like I was an idiot. he said quote “you just saw it work for me” I told him he wasn’t the one that had to get in. he then tried several more times and it didn’t work. had to change the lock. other that him the staff was very pleasant and helpful
