Friendly service, all staff very welcoming. Convenient location with parking too. The porch to sit on was a bonus. The hot tub was a luxury. Breakfast was tasty.

The included breakfast was great - enough to keep you full to lunch but light enough to not bog you down. The location was amazing. Just ebough off the main drag that you did not get a lot of road noise but close enough to walk to everythkng downtown and a short drive from area attractions. Really lovely place.

The room was a little small but it was just my husband and I so we did not need much more. I would have liked a tub in the room, but again, minor issue. We saw several large families there so I assume their suites are spacious enough for kids.

Charming inn located on a side street in downtown North Conway. The best part was the backyard with beautiful gardens and firepit. Perfect for relaxing with a bottle of wine after a long day hiking. The staff were all very nice and room clean.

The pool is not heated. The rooms are not very soundproof. We had a room on the front side of the house and the motorcycles/street noise was pretty loud at night and early in the morning. The only AC in the room was in the second BR so you had to either leave the door open between the bedrooms or open the windows at night, making it that much louder. Also, the breakfast is quirky with a "starter" choice of a sliced banana, prunes, a single canned pear, a bowl of rice crispies, etc. The main dish was eggs or pancakes and was great, but the "starter" options were a bit weird.

The staff were extremely friendly from time of arrival until we left. Very cozy Inn with wonderful charm. The rooms are spacious and the property grounds are meticulously kept. We enjoyed the pool and delicious breakfast and the location to downtown can't be beat just steps away. The staff went above and beyond when we lost power on our last day. We really enjoyed ourselves and will hopefully be back in the fall.

Jonathan and the staff were all excellent; very welcoming and gracious. Breakfast both days we were there was delicious!

The Inn advertises that they follow federal and state CDC guidelines regarding COVID, but in reality they enforced stricter guidelines (e.g. masks were mandatory) as compared to the rest of the countless shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the area. While some guests might be comforted by the mandatory mask policy, we found it to be both pointless (i.e. no masks were being worn anywhere else except at the Inn, so their policy didn't make anyone any safer) and detrimental to our ability to enjoy time at the inn. The inn should clearly state that their COVID policies are stricter than federal and state guidelines... if they had been more transparent about this we would likely have stayed elsewhere.

Everything. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The owners excel at customer service and the Inn is beautiful, welcoming and warm. Our room was small (but we anticipated that - it’s an Inn after all) but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was new and very clean. It’s also within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. We loved the back yard fire pit and the breakfast we had the next morning was delicious. (Definitely get the bacon!). We needed to sneak away and decompress and the Cranmore Inn was the perfect place to do that. I highly recommend and I can’t wait to go back.

The Inn and our room were beautiful. The location in North Conway was very convenient. We could walk to restaurants and shops. The breakfast at the Inn was made to order and was very yummy. Try the blueberry pancakes because they were terrific!

Our room was a bit too small, but it was the three of us. I wish there were more shelving or hooks to place things, especially in the bathroom.

Wonderful warm welcome and lots of character. Travelling with our two children, it was unusual and very welcome to find a reasonably priced suite with a separate room for the kids. Our bed was huge as was the bathroom. The breakfast was included and all the usual options were offered and were tasty (eggs, pancakes, French toast, etc). Very LGBTQ friendly. Helpful and friendly advice given about things to do in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Nothing really. I would have liked a breakfast option of yogurt and fruits - they had some fruit options on the menu but only in tiny portions as a breakfast starter. The inn is very strict on covid protocols compared to other establishments currently - masks are required around the inn and vaccination certificates must be provided, and temperatures taken on arrival. Of course, that could be a positive for many people. The bed was a little firm for me but that is also a matter of personal taste.
