The hotel is close to the highway but we didn't hear any noise. The room was beautiful and big with a fridge and microwave. The swimming pool was closed but there was a sauna and a jacuzzi + there is like a fire pit we could use (just a switch button to start it) which was pretty. Breakfast was good. The breakfast room was not huge but we didn't have any issue to sit and we didn't have to fight for food. There was eggs, sausages, jalapenos, beans ; bagels, bread, fruit one day, tea and coffee, cereals. The tea was really good! There is a Walmart near by in case you need to buy some food ; the trader joe is like 15min driving. It's about 15 min driving from Santa fe Downtown. For us it was perfect as we wanted to visit Santa Fe on a Sunday when parking is free - otherwise don't forget you will have to pay to park downtown. Easy access to highway to go to Taos, Bandelier, los Alamos etc. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

Loved the pool area and hot tub. The atmosphere was great. Fit well with the Santa Fe feel of things. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. He said it was delicious. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

A little further out from the Square than I thought. But for the price compared to other hotels, it was totally worth the extra miles.

The breakfast was acceptable and good. It could have had a little more variety. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet could have been open a little longer that 9 am. Since we were on vacation we needed to get up early if we wanted the breakfast.

The hotel and location was excellent. The staff are super friendly. The outdoor pool and area is excellent. We really liked the breakfast options and seating area. We have stayed here in the past and will continue everytime visiting Santa Fe.

There is nothing negative. The hotel meets our expectations in every way.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. The beds in the room were comfortable. Workout room was nice. Pool and hot tub were nice. Enjoyed the scenery from the parking lot.

There was trash on the floor when we arrived in the room, particularly a plastic cup and straw laying on its side, sitting between the beds. The bathroom was a bit small for a room with 2 beds where obviously more than 1 person would be staying. We had 4 people total.

Check-in was easy and pleasant, parking was convenient and free. The room was clean and smelled of cleaning supplies, which made everyone feel safer. The refrigerator worked great and was fairly large. The two queen beds were definitely full size, not queen; yet they were comfortable enough.

The in-room heating and cooling unit was not ideal as it runs throughout the night.

The front desk was very accommodating with our early arrival and placing us in adjoining rooms with my 80 yr old mother. Very friendly staff. Easy access in and out of place. The pool was nice.

The pool could have been a little more kid friendly. Shallow end not for young children.

The price was really good. The hotel and rooms had a Santa Fe feel which we really liked. Also, the breakfast staff were attentive. The pool, sauna, hot tub and outdoor firepit were all great extras.

Only small thing would be the hot tub was only likewarm.

The coffee shop was a great addition to the hotel!

Needs more power stations near the beds to charge phones. Bedspreads outdated. Could use more lights in the room, especially near the ottoman where one puts their suitcase.

In general the hotel was very good. It was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast could have been better. The sausage was not very good. It was rubbery and overcooked. The layout did not flow well. It was difficult to see everything offered.
