The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Room was clean. Good breakfast. Liked the waffle maker. Also the view out the back was to a row of bushes and trees which was not at a vista, but at least private.

The walls and floors are thin. I was on an end room and could still hear the people next to me and above me stomping around. Smelled light cigarette smoke early in the morning but it went away quickly both times. I was too tired to complain about it. The shower was way too high and tricky to use. You had to pull down the tub spigot for the shower and the water/temp control made no sense. It was single lever ball joint that had no indication of hot cold on or off.

The self-serve breakfast gave us varied options and was surprisingly good! We liked not having to wait for someone to take our order. The staff monitored the hot food supply to ensure that the hot food was both hot and in good supply.

The visible mold/ water damage along the wall adjacent to the bathroom shower was the only downside to an otherwise positive experience.

The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. It was convenient for my stay.

There was NO handicap parking in front and only 5-6 parking spots in front. Otherwise you had to park around back. 2 out of the 3 nights that we were there our cable went out and the young lady at the desk had to come and reset it, 20 or so minutes to get to programming.

Room was spacious although I could not find the clothes closet! I was only staying one night so it wasn't an issue. A hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Although I was in a non-smoking room, there was a distinct and heavy smell of smoke in the hallway.

Excellent location for our visit to the Roosevelt and Vanderbilt national parks. Very neat and clean, courteous staff.

Breakfast was adequate but would have liked more fruit and more yogurt choices and availability of bottled water.

the very friendly staff at the front desk provided information proactively and also answered our questions promptly and efficiently. The daily room cleaning is a treat these days and was done to fit into our schedule. The bed was comfortable, and everything in the room was clean and worked well. Our room was also quiet. Compared with other rooms we have stayed in, this was simpler, but a real steal!

It would be wonderful if there was also a guest laundry.

Excellent location - across the street and a brief walk to the FDR library and home., and next to the drive-in movie that is across from the FDR property, The area has no upscale hotels. motels. This property is probably the best place in town. While we were there, the property was still in a semi-pandemic mode. At least there was something for breakfast. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave oven. The bathroom and shower had all the best features. Direct-TV was ok and the 43-inch (or so) television was just fine,

The lack of electrical outlets in the room was noticeable, especially, As a workaround, bring a 10-foot extension cord with you., or charge your laptop in one part of the room and then use it at the desk. The dark carpets are in good shape but dark.

The bed was comfortable. I requested to be as far away from others as possible. I was placed on floor one in the middle of a mess of people. I went back out to the desk and asked to be moved. No problem! I moved to the second floor. It was nice and quiet.

I work in a jail; so, I like good security. Neither room had locks on the windows. The second floor was much more suitable. I would really consider putting locks on the windows for everyone's safety. I always bring things to protect myself; so, I was quite content.

The bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure and was warm. The staff was incredibly friendly

We asked for a quiet room and ended up in on facing the Main Street out front. Room was a little tight getting around furniture by entry hall

Well located with restaurants along the street. What you'd expect from a quality Inn.

Our room was on the ground floor near and exit. We could hear the door slam each time someone uses the door, and the floors are squeaky.
