Clean, good location to visit Cornell

We requested late check-out, but they extended only until 1 pm. I asked 2 pm but they said they had to charge $50 so I just extended till 1 pm. The housekeep came twice before we check out. I felt she rushed me to go out. Other than that everything was good. Many Cornell students worked in the hotel and it was nice to talk to them.

We loved the Statler's location. We could feel the campus and learned how beautiful would study at such a great environment. Room view was great and amazing. We really enjoyed a meal in a cafe located at down stair.

Not at al. Everything was great. We really loved Statler's. It was good to know most staffs were studying Hotel management at Cornell University. We would like to visit this place in near future. We love it.

Beautiful property; welcoming and gracious staff; excellent service; well appointed and elegant rooms. Hotel Statler was a home run. Parenthetically, I tend not to book reservations through entities like Booking. com, but I must confess, y’all do a great job! Easy access, timely, very accommodating, flexible, reliable! One minor error my name was inverted under my reservation at the hotel; when I checked in as, first name, Mark, last name, Goodwin I was told I did NOT have a reservation, yikes! Fortunately, the desk clerk was savvy enough to check the reservation under, “Mark” as the last name…saved!🎉

Very good position, nice view and kind staff. Definitely worth sleeping here if you are looking for a place in the area.

The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable, it was bender towards the center. Not a problem if only one person or kids sleep there, but for adults it becomes uncomfortable. Also a bit pricy but I guess you pay for the experience of sleeping inside Cornell as well.

Fantastic property. First time staying here and the customer service was top notch. I received a complementary upgrade, too. Room service for the food was great. Location is excellent - can walk to all the beautiful spots around Cornell from the Hotel. The rooms were impressive! All in all, an excellent experience for my family.

The only complaint I had was that while checking in, we were kept waiting for 15 minutes. The front desk attendant kept telling us there was no problem, while trying to get a manager to assist her. It came across as unprofessional. Other than that the staff was very accommodating and the room was cleaned in a timely fashion.

Excellent, but a little inconsistent. I am a huge fan of breakfast potatoes. The potatoes the first day were amazing, but not so much after.

Nothing really. Everything was wonderful!

starting from the location, the staff, the numerous student assistants, courteous valets and wonderful food at the restaurants. as we had come for the graduation of our son it was even better as he was always nearby the hotel

Excellent service from the student staff. Super clean. Well appointed. Breakfast buffet was great, and location right on campus if you’re visiting Cornell.

Hotel parking was constantly full, so we had to park quite a ways away. They have a shuttle but somehow we kept missing it, as they didn’t “wait” when they made their rounds. So we ended up walking from our car and back, which was fine except one night it was late and the walk was empty and dark.

the floor in our room was sloped, so much so that one night, when I got out of bed to go to the loo I fell on the bed again ( luckily ) that was quite disturbing and dizzying
