Joy, at the front desk was a delight. She was so welcoming and made checking in after a long ride from Boston super easy and I just appreciate her kindness. I just wanted to make sure that she gets a shoutout or kudos for being so kind without probably even realizing how much it set the tone for our trip. Great location - close to plenty of stores open early and close to highway. We were spending most of our time in Webster due to a loss in our family and this was just as convenient as staying in one of the spots in Webster.

Nothing - this is a convenient place to stay. There wasn’t any breakfast available on our second day due to a large amount of families staying for sports tournaments. We just had to skip waiting for the buffet to be reloaded due to time constraints.

It was close to Target, places to eat and the person whom I was visiting. It was very clean and neat.

The mall next door was closed down. The pool was closed down. There was no plug in my bathtub, so I could not take a bath like I wanted. The fitness room had no extra towels and requested that we clean off the equipment after use, but there were no spray bottles or paper towels to do so. There was no water in the water dispenser in the fitness room.

Very spacious for a group of six.

We missed our service. I asked if the housekeeper can return and they never did. Knocking at 9am to give service is extremely early. Do not disturb sign was not on the door where the housekeeper could’ve returned and complete service especially when it was requested for her to pass once more due to passing by early in the day.

the night manager was excellent, he was very friendly and professional. When I had a problem with the ice maker, he took care of it right away and even called me to tell me it was fixed.

Breakfast the first day was almost nonexistent at 8:30 am. A few cold sausages, no rolls, no yogurt and no plates, they also made no effort to replenish anything. When I asked about it, the person at the front desk was apathetic. The breakfast the next day was much better.

The location was perfect for my needs of visiting friends. The staff was fantastic-friendly and helpful. Some mornings the breakfast was great and a few mornings, just OK. Sadly, some guests thought the buffet was a grocery store and wiped out most of the buffet. Very inconsiderate, but I don't know how to fix rudeness!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

Breakfast was survived earlier than we wanted to get up. Everything else was good. It was a very nice hotel.

The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay on my business trip. The wifi was great and I was able to work on projects after returning back to the hotel.

This is a really small thing, and really not a big deal, just when we came back to the hotel one night our room cards stopped working. I think they were doing some electrical panel work. Like I said, no big deal, we got it fixed at the front desk, it just would have sucked if we had gotten back any later and there was no one there.

I was not happy that the pool was closed due to the heater or something went on it, but I feel they should of called someone in on an emergency call. Most guest were there due to them having a pool!

Never made it to breakfast which was good thing..Staff was lovely, quiet, liked the inside interior and I liked I was able to Crack a window..

There was dried up blood on toilet seat and shower curtains..

The room was great and well organised. Not big but pretty much room for storing things. Great location. Target and IHOP are just around the corner. They have breakfast by the way.

The pool was closed:( My kids were disappointed.
