Holiday Inn Express Irondequoit, an IHG Hotel

the night manager was excellent, he was very friendly and professional. When I had a problem with the ice maker, he took care of it right away and even called me to tell me it was fixed.

Breakfast the first day was almost nonexistent at 8:30 am. A few cold sausages, no rolls, no yogurt and no plates, they also made no effort to replenish anything. When I asked about it, the person at the front desk was apathetic. The breakfast the next day was much better.

The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay on my business trip. The wifi was great and I was able to work on projects after returning back to the hotel.

This is a really small thing, and really not a big deal, just when we came back to the hotel one night our room cards stopped working. I think they were doing some electrical panel work. Like I said, no big deal, we got it fixed at the front desk, it just would have sucked if we had gotten back any later and there was no one there.

The location was perfect for my needs of visiting friends. The staff was fantastic-friendly and helpful. Some mornings the breakfast was great and a few mornings, just OK. Sadly, some guests thought the buffet was a grocery store and wiped out most of the buffet. Very inconsiderate, but I don't know how to fix rudeness!

The interruption one night about a wellness check? Still waiting on an explanation on that one. Some desk staff not being on the same page or delivering the same message. The room service ladies could train the desk personnel as to how to follow up on what you say and do.

.Everything was more than satisfactory. Breakfast was good and toiletries were above average. A/C has a constant fan setting so it's not kicking on and off all night waking you up.

They have an unruly guest they cannot get rid of. Woman let her children run and jump constantly until about 1:30am both nights. Staff tried to help but only so much they can do I guess.

Great hotel! Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, delicious breakfast. I was able to work remotely and be in zoom in the room with a spacious desk and comfortable office chair.

The TV didn’t work, but we didn’t really need it. The kids were looking forward to the pool but the pool was closed.

Breakfast was very good! Location nice and close to many stores. Beds excellent even my kids didn’t was to wake up, lol. Easy to check in and out. Staff was helpful and friendly

The only thing we had a little issue was the bathroom sink; the water went down very very slow. And i know it happens. We did told the staff and they were right on it.

Did not have anything but tea and prepackaged yogurt so can not judge.

Even though the staff graciously provided me with one of the quietest rooms in the hotel, the traffic noise from highways outside was intermittently loud until around 11:00pm on this week night. However, for those who don't mind traffic sounds, this hotel has a great location close to restaurants, attractions, Rochester General Hospital, etc.

From the moment I arrived the staff was very friendly and accommodating. All my needs were met. Any issues that I had (nothing too serious) were met immediately and Professionally. Great spread for breakfast, plenty of options and not bad tasting. Would definitely go back.

My only disappointment was that the pool wasn't open.

We had a late night check in and the lady at the desk was still super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean all around, and the beds were very comfortable. Had an excellent night sleep after a long day on the road. The breakfast was very good; a hot breakfast.

Everything was great.
