I loved the excellent customer service the knowledge, kindness and genuine caring Jeff, Jada and Dikea bestowed upon me. I am forever greatful and this is my new home away from home! The gym needs fans desperately it is extremely hot!! Also 10lb and 15lb dumbell are missing need to be replaced otherwise this place is super clean and has everything you would want😊

This was my first stay in an Aloft hotel and I loved the design, furnishings, room layout, and shared spaces. There is a great space outside with numerous tables, chairs, outdoor tv, pool, and small dog park.The area around the hotel is beautiful with a new residential area and many sidewalks to walk to Starbucks, Panara Bread, and other restaurants. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe! The room was spacious and didn't feel or look like a hotel room. Rather, very upscale and contemporary bedroom.

Beautiful, modern, and trendy decor. Unique and spacious rooms, lobby, and lounge. Large fire pit by the pool. Courteous and friendly staff who allowed me to check in 3 hours early. Comfortable bed and bedding. Quiet and peaceful. Nice, newer developed area.

Would be even more perfect if there was a restaurant in site. Otherwise no complaints.

I loved the trendy, colors, friendly staff, the rooms were beautiful, beds were comfy. Me and my sisters stay here was amazing. Will definitely be booking here again. Just all around great atmosphere, the pool area was beautiful. The bar was great.

The only thing I didn't like was there was no microwave in our Aloft

I loved the room design and comfortable feel overall! from the lobby to outdoors we really were able to enjoy the space with friends.

I wish more thought was put into items we might forget while traveling such as travel toothpaste, mini toothbrushes etc. especially for $200 a night.

Location wise, it wasn’t bad from downtown. I wish it could’ve been a little closer but the hotel was excellent for the cost and not having to pay that downtown price. I loved that there was a Starbucks near!

I wanted to pay in cash for the things I got from the market. However, the attendant stated that she would add it to the room. I guess I wanted to know what the charge would be before it was added. It was not a huge issue.

This property was beyond beautiful. I love how modern everything looked and the shower was really nice. The room itself was just cozy and made me feel like I was really at home ❤️❤️❤️

The power went off a few times and the tv moves extremely slow.

upon arriving the room we were given had water stains on the wall and our shower was leaking. we were moved to another room which what slightly better but it also had issues with the shower.

The lack of comfortable furniture to sit on in the room. The little sofa was horrible! Fine to look at, dreadful to sit on....and no other chair at all!
