Aloft Charlotte Airport

I loved the excellent customer service the knowledge, kindness and genuine caring Jeff, Jada and Dikea bestowed upon me. I am forever greatful and this is my new home away from home! What professionalism I have not experienced that in along time!! Thank you to all the staff at this Awesome hotel!! Loved my stay from beginning to end ❣️

The gym needs fans desperately it is extremely hot!! Also 10lb and 15lb dumbell are missing need to be replaced otherwise this place is super clean and has everything you would want😊

I loved the trendy, colors, friendly staff, the rooms were beautiful, beds were comfy. Me and my sisters stay here was amazing. Will definitely be booking here again. Just all around great atmosphere, the pool area was beautiful. The bar was great.

The only thing I didn't like was there was no microwave in our Aloft

This was my first stay in an Aloft hotel and I loved the design, furnishings, room layout, and shared spaces. There is a great space outside with numerous tables, chairs, outdoor tv, pool, and small dog park.The area around the hotel is beautiful with a new residential area and many sidewalks to walk to Starbucks, Panara Bread, and other restaurants. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe! The room was spacious and didn't feel or look like a hotel room. Rather, very upscale and contemporary bedroom.

Beautiful, modern, and trendy decor. Unique and spacious rooms, lobby, and lounge. Large fire pit by the pool. Courteous and friendly staff who allowed me to check in 3 hours early. Comfortable bed and bedding. Quiet and peaceful. Nice, newer developed area.

Would be even more perfect if there was a restaurant in site. Otherwise no complaints.

Location wise, it wasn’t bad from downtown. I wish it could’ve been a little closer but the hotel was excellent for the cost and not having to pay that downtown price. I loved that there was a Starbucks near!

I loved the room design and comfortable feel overall! from the lobby to outdoors we really were able to enjoy the space with friends.

I wish more thought was put into items we might forget while traveling such as travel toothpaste, mini toothbrushes etc. especially for $200 a night.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The location was great. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is has a great curb appeal.

My only issue with the hotel was the staff was mediocre and not having shelves for your bath products in the shower is a bit if a challenge. There is only one small microwave for the whole hotel which is a tad ridiculous.

We didn't eat the breakfast and the location was good. The room was very nice and very clean. However, there is no place in the shower for the soap, shampoo, etc. And no matter how little light was turned on it spilled over and through the partition wall and disturbed the person still in bed.

I wanted to pay in cash for the things I got from the market. However, the attendant stated that she would add it to the room. I guess I wanted to know what the charge would be before it was added. It was not a huge issue.

The location is very nice. It was close to everything I needed to get to. Has a Taco Bell open late nearby, so that’s a plus! I loved that it didn’t feel like a hotel. It felt like a studio apartment. The shower was magnificent. I really liked the private area for the toilet. Our room overlooked the pool and it was so pretty. The pool area is very cool and relaxing. The staff was all friendly, and the decor was excellent. If there is an Aloft in the town I visit from now on, I’ll be staying there.

The only complaint I’d have is that the room was hot. There is a thermostat, but it didn’t cool right for me. However, i was not terribly uncomfortable.
