shuttle to the airport, and great hotel staff. everyone seems friendly and happy.

I had a reservation with booking.com that went missing, the night shift was busy helping others so I had to call booking.com myself, then have booking.com call him. I felt that he could have called and handled the situation directly instead of having the customer go through the roundabout. I understand he had a lot on is plate, but at the same time, this might not be the first time things like this happened at his job.

The property is nice and clean. Very pleasant to be in. Breakfast is delicious, staff is wonderful.

The pricing is slightly higher than Aloft which is right by this hotel. Aloft does offer smart tv, connecting to all your favorite streaming ( this Marriott doesn’t) , a bar and great restaurant, but I couldn’t stand their odor which was very strong for my taste and unpleasant. Fairfield’s was clean spotless and pleasant to stay at and breakfast was delicious.

Clean and wonderfully located!

The remote control in our room didn’t work but we got in late and only stayed for one night. During checkout the front desk gave us a discount for our inconvenience!! Excellent customer service.

The Hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. We had no time to use the pool but it looked nice. Nearby are some restaurants to get food and a park to walk. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, the shuttle-service to and from the airport was uncomplicated.

The breakfast had no simple toast with jam. All the dishes were disposable and therefore not sustainable. This concept is no longer up to date.

Overall, my experience was good. I came here for a long layover, and it served its purpose. There was an airport shuttle that runs 24 hrs every 30 minutes. The room was very spacious, and the staff I met were always nice and personable.

The room smelt a little moldy when I first walked in, but I just chalked it up to to the smell just being in my head. I should’ve just asked to switch rooms. Instead, I went to sleep and woke up a few hours later with my sinuses blocked up. I’m allergic to mold, so it was definitely present, which is unsettling.

The hotel was nice and in a great location near various food options, airport, and entertainment. The room itself was clean and the staff was very friendly! I plan to stay here in the future when traveling to the Charlotte area for sure.

The staff were amazing. The driver of the shuttle on the afternoon we arrived was a lovely man and so kind. Front desk staff were also very helpful. We will definitely recommend and stay again if back in Charlotte.

The hotels location suited us perfectly. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle and the drivers, Tom and Rodney, were so helpful.

No negatives

We used to stay at the Fairfield Inn in Pittsburgh and were so happy that the facility in Charlotte maintains the same high standards and friendly staff.

I used to enjoy the Paul Mitchell products in the bathroom

Honestly the hotel was great. The staff was great. Rooms were clean.

My only 2 complaints : 1. There was a baseball team there and they took up the pool for hours - to the end of the night. That was one of the main reasons we even chose that hotel - and we didn't get to use it even one time. 2. The complimentary breakfast gave me diarrhea and now I have to drive 3 and a half hours back home... with diarrhea...🤣🤣🤣
