The hotel was in a nice area with easy access to the highway and the city. I felt secure and safe there and was comfortable. We arrived late but the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and welcoming! The bed and pillows were comfy and clean. The couch was a nice plus and it was very large. The room layout was great and had a good selection of furniture including a desk and mini fridge. I appreciated the full sized body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower as someone who needs more than a tiny tube. Great TV channel selection. I wish we had gotten up in time to check out breakfast but thats on us. The privacy was wonderful and this had to be one of the most peaceful and reasonable hotels I’ve been to. I also was pleased by check out being at noon rather than 10 or 11. 🙂

The hotel was clean and spacious, it was 5 of us including a baby. Bathroom was clean. Good location. Food was 5-7 mins up the road. We were near the airport and my son loved sitting at the window watching planes land. Staff seemed nice (only interacted at check-in and check-out) Rained the entire stay, so my kids didn’t get to go to pool. Breakfast was okay. I didn’t really eat, but my kids like the waffles. The apples and oranges weren’t good

I requested a bed for my baby and the front desk staff had it for me, but I needed to come back and get it. My husband went back and the lady acted like there was no such thing. That was weird. My husband didn’t like the comfort of the beds. I think the beds were smaller than expected. Thought they were Queens but looked like a full size (could be wrong) but didn’t feel big enough.

First, I knew our room would meet our expectations once I saw it on the website! The desk was a nice detail which my fiancé really liked since he used it during the majority of our stay for taking care of business. Our bed was so comfortable to sleep in, I didn't want to get up! Our bathroom was so nice especially the shower. Lastly, the front desk staff was so pleasant and friendly. As we we're checking out they told us to come back again and complimented us saying that we're a beautiful couple.

What could've been better was the way the television was set up. We had to angle it in order to watch it. We've been to hotels before where the television is mounted on the wall or is on a stand in front of the bed. It was just in an awkward position.

Sonya Givens at the front desk was so nice and friendly our entire weekend! She really made our stay amazing. She acknowledged everyone she encountered. She is the true definition of excellent customer service.

1) Shower pressure in Room 126 2) Majority of the staff I came across did not speak English. For example, housekeeping and breakfast attendant. It was difficult to communicate when asking her to refill some of the breakfast items 3) Did not like the parking fee when it is a regular parking lot 4) Housekeeping doesn't do a solid cleaning job. Crumbs still on floor and tables and smudges on mirrors 5) Shower door doesn't close completely in 126

The beds were great and the staff and the gym and the water in the gym. Travelling with two teens, it's almost impossible to find one room with three beds. These folks have one! And the dogs bed was very comfortable for my 17 year old son, unlike most sofa beds and tiny cots.

The breakfast was only eggs and gluten things like waffles and bagels. Fried potatoes or hashed browns would be a good alternative for the many of us with gluten intolerance. There wasn't even any meat except a sausage sandwich, which had gluten. You can do better.

Overall, the property is nice.

The checkout process was a little weird. I went downstairs to check out as I would do at any other hotel, but there was no one at the desk. I stood for a few seconds before some random man who was standing no where near the desk asked if I was there to check out and told me to just put my keys in the box. He didn’t ask if I enjoyed my stay or anything along those lines. I wouldn’t have even known he worked there if he hadn’t said anything.

Came to Charlotte to see friends, but wanted our own space for sleeping. After spending a long day of walking uptown, we were happy to check in and find super comfortable beds! Room was very clean and nice hot shower. Only stayed one night. Too tired to try the pool. Breakfast had nice options. This is what we needed after a long day.

very clean and comfortable. My cousin slept on the couch that had a full out bed underneath. She said the couch was so comfortable she didn’t even sleep on the pull out bed. Hotel room was beautiful and loved the bathroom.

I felt that the hotel was a little secluded but I’m a city girl so I may just be ridiculous wanting people all around all the time. it was really great. there was a small plaza right outside the hotel that had some places to eat.

Pillows were not as full and firm as I would have liked. The trundle bed was a little hard to pull out Breakfast could have been tastier. Would have like a potatoes option that didn’t include meat. Would have enjoyed a 2nd meat option The bacon was a little thin More fresh fruit

Everything was really nice and clean. The staff was really great including the bartender who was very kind and made us laugh all night.

I really did not like that the property did not have as many options for drinks/alcohol as other hotels I have stayed in. The bar is really important to hotel stays and this one, we felt like we had to settle on a drink that we were initially really forward to and were sadly disappointed at the limited options.
