I loved how close it was to everything and how new it was and clean

when we checked in I was telling the guy about having twin boys and he was like oh goodness I don’t want them to disrupt other guests stay running around especially on the 5th floor. I told him that when I booked I told them I had twins and that they shouldn’t disrupt because 1 had cerebral palsy and can’t walk. Then when my son entered the lobby he laid on the floor and the guy said oh god he’s already running and laying in the floor. He’s 4 and was in a car seat for 4 hours he was a lil hyper.. I just felt like we were a bother and I was constantly worried that we were going to get a call about my toddler disrupting. However the property was amazing that was a big let down.

Hotel is new, clean and stylish. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower had great water pressure. Location gets a 10. There is a center across the street with a grocery store and restaurants. 5 minute drive to Charlotte Premium Outlets. I especially loved how dog-friendly the location is. Walkable with lots of grassy areas to take your dog out. There is also a pet store in the plaza across the street. My dog loved his stay. I will definitely stay here again.

more menu could be added to the breakfast instead of the same thing everyday, you will get tried of eating it if you are staying for a long period, but I loved the room and the receptionist were lovely.

I noticed I was charged for parking when I checked out which I didn't have a car, so I will be glad if I can get a refund.

The breakfast options were great. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked. We arrived late and staff offered advice regarding dinner.

We did not have a single issue. Nothing negative about our experience.

Breakfast was good, with many selections for hot (eggs, bacon sausage, waffles., oatmeal ...) and cold (cereal, bagels, muffins, juice, milk...) Newer hotel, very clean.

We asked for towel delivery every day at check-in, but we had to get them from the front desk the second day. On the 3rd day, they did make the delivery with extras.

A continental breakfast is hard to beat if you have a family. Hotel was in a very good location.

Not sure if the hotel was animal free but I heard a dog bark twice. The hotel can't be held accountable for people's actions though so this is on the public. Not a fan of animals in a public hotel. It's really easy to snick a small animal in.

The breakfast was great and I didn't have to go far. The Locate was great and everything was in walking distance. Great location to the outlet mall.

I was charged for parking, in which I did not have a vehicle but they corrected the matter Immediately. Other than that everything else was great!!

I don't think I found anything wrong. Sausage and gravy for breakfast??? I will have to stay a few more times to see.

Trip was awesome nice clean, friendly place to stay.

The doors to the bathroom you slide them to open. And if you have smaller kids they could just pull it right open no locks on the doors so no privacy in bathroom...
